Our newly updated private residence is perfectly located just 5 minutes away from the well-known Heavenly Village and Ski Resort, the prestigious Edgewood Golf Course, where each year hosts the celebrity golf tournament and the brand-new Tahoe Blue Convention Center! Exciting casinos, top-notch shopping destinations, some of Tahoeâs best breweries and finest restaurants that Lake Tahoe has to offer are all waiting for you to enjoy! Catch a movie at the local cinema or take the tram up the hill for an amazing view of the lake, all at the heart of the village. Nature lovers will also appreciate the immediate access to amazing hiking and mountain bike trails right at your doorstep where our local grocery store is a 5 min bike ride, 15 min walk away without ever being on highway 50! Beautiful beaches are just minutes away, with the same bike trail that leads you to Round Hill Beach where you can enjoy cocktails on the beach! HOA required parking permits must be displayed in rear window of vehicles. Failure to do so will result in $500 penalty/fines issued by county ordinance 20.622 Guests must park in designated areas.

On the first level of our vacation home is Bedroom #1 which is just inside to the left, this room features 1 queen bed (comfortably sleeps 2). 50-inch smart flat screen. En suite full tub/shower combo with vanity/sink + toilet and closet.
Just down the hall on the left is Bedroom #2. This is our beautiful Master King bedroom and has a peek a boo views. 1 king bed (comfortably sleeps 2). 50-inch smart flat screen TV. En suite full tub tub/shower combo with vanity/sink + toilet and closet.
The 2nd level of our Tahoe Vacation Home you will find our living and dining area tastefully furnished and decorated with amazing Tahoe art that makes you believe you are truly in a "Tahoe Wonderland"!
Newly updated Kitchen has gleaming new appliances all (stainless), dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot. Kitchen is fully equipped with spices, pots & pans, cookware, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, gas cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle pot, dishwasher, ice maker everything you will need to make your perfect dish. Note: starter supply of dish soap, hand soap, sponge, dish detergent & 1 roll of paper towels will be included. Our Dining area seats 6 at the table + kitchen island seats 4 with bar stools.
Our half bath is located on the 2nd level and is best known for "no waiting"! (2 rolls of tp included in each bath).
As you enter the living room, we have cool tones beautiful furnishings and amazing Lake Tahoe artwork. Sofa, Loveseat, Chair is nestled in the corner by the windows with views. Living area has a large 55-inch flat screen TV (sling tv+ smart apps available)
Our gas fireplace is wonderful in the winter as it adds to the ambiance of this well-appointed condo.
Just off the living area/kitchen is our private deck with filtered lake views and gorgeous sierra sunsets which makes this a "forever view"!
As you embark to the 3rd level of our cozy Tahoe condo you will enter the 3rd master queen bedroom with more amazing Tahoe artwork (comfortably sleeps 2). 50-inch smart flat screen. En suite full tub/shower combo with vanity/sink + toilet and closet.
Just steps away down the hall from the 3rd master bedroom is our Sunset rooftop deck. Personal and private Hot Tub available for all of our guests to use between the hours of 8am-9pm.
Whether you sit back and gaze at the stars, watch the sunsets or look out into the wilderness at the amazing wildlife (you never know what you might see) could be a mama bear and her cubs, a bald eagle, coyotes, family of raccoons, or the stunning forever Lake Views, you will certainly lose yourself in the beautiful and magnificent scenery that surrounds you.

Our BBQ is not included in our amenities however you are welcome to use, with the understanding that the BBQ will be required to be "cleaned" after use including oil pan, grates and food under grates. You will also be required to close the gas valve after use and when departing. No exceptions. This is a safeguard for many reasons especially in fire zone. Charges will apply if not properly cleaned and valves are not turned off. Per Fire Dept code ordinance during red flag warnings BBQ use is prohibited mandated state order, due to HIGH fire risk and danger. We will notify guest if that occurs Thank You for your cooperation.

Maria and Mike are both originally from Southern California. We enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking and just hanging out with friends. We like traveling and exploring different states and countries!

We chose Lake Village because itâs nestled in nature with peaceful surroundings, lake views! There's a great community feel. We enjoy all the biking/walking trails we have access to, making it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and stores.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our property is unique with Lake views from all three balconies. We have a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking heavenly and the Casinos! Lake village has a Clubhouse with a pool, spa, sauna and tennis/pickle ball courts to enjoy.
