The facility overall is dated but it met our needs for two people. Enjoyed the hot tub! Bus route servicing the CB area worked great!!

Property was an easy bike ride to the lift. Enjoyed a long soak and sauna after a full day of downhill. View of the mountain from the back porch was amazing. Nice to have indoor bike storage.

Sufficient for us.

The property was clean and had what we needed. The shuttle stops right at the building with less than 5 minute ride to the village. The pool and hot tub were not working but we already knew that. The property is dated. If you are looking for luxury keep looking. We were there for the skiing so was just fine for us.

It’s an older, more classic mountain setup, and we try to represent it clearly so guests know what to expect. Crested butte condo

Pool and hot tub were great. you had to pay to use the pool table which was misleading. My kids were looking forward to the game room. After paying hundreds of dollars to stay there you would think they would have the advertised game room included. The place has a hotel feel. Which is kind of nice because you can walk right to the pool. It’s all in one building. But, you can also hear the other guests easily from your room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The game room is located downstairs and does have free foosball and ping pong. The pool table requires 75 cents in quarters to play. Paddles, balls, and cues are available at the front desk. We are happy to hear that you otherwise enjoyed the amenities and layout of the building.

Family ski trip

The room was very clean and fit a family of 6 using the pull out couch. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Shuttle runs every 15 min to the ski base. You can walk but it’s 10 min and was not as close as we thought when carrying ski stuff. The pool is cold and the hottub doesn’t work, management was responsive when we reached out since we booked the place based on location and the fact that they advertised a hottub. If checking in late, have your agreement handy otherwise it’s confusing.

Unfortunately, the hot tub is down until this COMING SUMMER 2023: We are awaiting approval to add a hot tub as an amenity on the property. It has been delivered but we are awaiting state inspections for its' safe operation. The pool is kept at an Olympic temperature and is enjoyed by just about everyone. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you otherwise enjoyed your stay!

The kitchen may have lacked a few small items such as hand towels and more than four place settings/dishes. The mattress in the primary bedroom could use a refresh or a bit soft for our liking. But otherwise, the unit was great!What stood out was the level of service at the front desk. The folks were super friendly, always helpful, and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and is a great value at this price point.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great, the hot tub/pool were nice, and everything was easy (check-in/out, keys, parking, etc.). The front desk staff were also great. Main issue was that the condo really should be maxed at 4 people. The pull-out bed from the couch was the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. In fact, we ended up sleeping on the ground night 2 and it was better than the couch's sleeper. If you have a group of 4 or less, I totally recommend. I do not recommend any more than 4 people as the living room couch really isn't a viable sleeping option at this point.

The owners have ensured the condo is very well stocked- the kitchen had everything we needed and more, and there were extra blankets, a fan, and even an air mattress. The decor was also very cute and the little extras told us that they take pride in their place. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers, and we utilized the fold out couch in the living room the first night but quickly realized it's not suitable for sleeping on. Strongly advise the owner to replace this mattress, it's very uncomfortable and thin and it tries to fold in on itself in the middle of the night when you move. We used the air mattress, but it did not hold air for the entire night and required a midnight pump-up. Additionally, the queen bed is very soft and seems to slope towards the middle a bit. Other than the beds, everything else was great. We cooked our meals with ease and enjoyed the dishwasher. The hot tub and pool are just down the hall, but not so close that you hear them. It's very quiet at night and the blackout curtains in the bedroom were much appreciated. The walls and doors are nice and thick- we didn't even hear our teenagers' TV at night. The shuttle picks up just outside the door and gets you to the ski area in about 5 minutes- very convenient. The staff in the front office were very nice and helpful, and even mailed a forgotten item to us after we left- thank you! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with our family! We made lots of fun memories.

Beautiful location, but the condo was disappointing!

We loved our stay in the town of Crested Butte. However, upon our arrival, we were very disappointed with this property. The building itself is very outdated and rundown. The condo was clean, but had been closed up, so it was extremely stuffy with an unpleasant odor. Due to the heat in July, it was also extremely hot and there was no way to cool off the condo, as the entrance is an indoor entrance, so no ability to get cross ventilation, and there is no air conditioning. The screen door was broken and had a one inch gap at the top, so keeping it open at night brought in the bugs. We were unable to sit on the patio and enjoy the Mountain View, as it had no patio furniture. The decor in the condo was okay, but it was dark in there and outdated. There was also winter decor still up, and personal family pictures hanging. You are furnished with four towels in each bathroom, and have to launder on your own and pay to do so. The hot tub was closed, but we were not told that was the case. Pool area is also hot and stuffy, and outdated. The rec room is only available if you pay to play the games. We were told that the property manager would speak to us about our concerns, and never heard back from them. If you are headed to this beautiful mountain town, this property is in a great location, but I unfortunately would not recommended this rental property if you are looking for a property I match the feel of the town.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize that this condo and building may not have been the right fit for you. The property was built in 1979 like many other condo complexes in Mount Crested Butte. The building is well-maintained and in good condition for its age. Also like most other properties in Crested Butte, there is no air conditioning. There are some tips for ventilating during very warm days using open windows and fans, closing blinds, etc. If this doesn't sound like an ability for you, try visiting during another more mild temperature month. Each condo is individually owned and decorated by our Crested Butte owners. The style will vary, but all condos are accurately advertised with photos of the property. Ultimately, it is your choice if you feel you will enjoy the decor. This particular condo has received recent updates including a new queen bed and smart TVs throughout! The game room is located downstairs and does have free foosball and ping pong. The pool table requires 75 cents in quarters to play. Paddles, balls, and cues are available at the front desk for free. Again, we appreciate your feedback for our future bookers and hope this helps in picking the right accommodations for their trip.

Convenient to shuttle bus, walks to ski base, and drives for wildflower hikes or into town. Clean and well stocked kitchen (but could use a few more dinner plates). Nice game room and pool (hot tub was closed). Beatiful view of Mt. Crested Butte from patio (could have used a few chairs on patio though). Small but cozy with enough room for 5 adults. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enough parking. The summer weather was typical--mid 70s and the unit got very warm and stuffy. Couldn't always open windows because of noise from road and pot smell from other units. Would recommend for a "three seasons" stay--fall, winter, and spring--when weather was cooler.

Three Seasons rental stay for CXS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed a 5 night stay in Three Seasons #133. We had a great view of Mt CB and it was easy to take day trips from this location. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The 2 BR condo was very comfortable but the lighting is less than optimal with light switches in suboptimal locations for new guests. The WiFi was inconsistent and not very good for the year 2021. However, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The internet is provided by the building and is best for checking emails and surfing the web. The signal strength is best in the common areas and sometimes will drop when you are in the condo. There is a discussion of an upgrade, but no update at the time of this review. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you will visit again soon. UPDATE: In December 2023 the property added its own individual wifi and smart TVs throughout for their guest use. Very high-speed internet is accessible throughout.

Proximal and Affordable!

These condos were built some time ago, so modern accommodations were minimal and the space is somewhat claustrophobic. But, you get what you pay for: it was *very* friendly, *very* affordable and *very* accurate in terms of what's advertised: mountain views (right out your porch), proximal to town shuttle (bus stop right outside), indoor pool, et cetera.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family visits the valley at least 4 times a year for over 40 years. Came for 6 days with daughter & 2 grandchildren to met up with family. We hike, walk downtown, meet up with long-time friends & drink Camp 4 coffee.

Fit our needs very well. Ski! Cook! Sleep! Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we ski CB, we do three things: SKI! Cook! Sleep! This location, while on the small side, provides the ability to do all three things quite effectively, efficiently and comfortably. Clean, well equipped and the Tina and Jean Luc and the rest of the staff were above and beyond helpful, from my first phone call to the property, to getting the TV situation quickly ironed out upon arrival. An interesting building, a great location and easy walk to the lifts, and a comfortable place to feast and reset. If it's the basics you need for a great price, this is the place. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Good stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was pretty good, however the kitchen supplies were lacking. We had to eat out of mixing bowls due to the lack of some dishes.
