Situé à seulement quelques pas des pistes de ski de la région de base principale ce condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, balcon de la salle à manger avec vue imprenable, cheminée, et laveuse / sécheuse. Les espaces communs disposent d'un jacuzzi extérieur et un grill. Roi dans la chambre principale, la reine dans la première chambre d'hôtes, deux jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre d'amis.

Crested Butte a récemment été élu «Meilleur Ski Town en Amérique du Nord» par poudrière, et pour une bonne raison. Incroyablement terrain divers couplé avec généralement très faible trafic sur la montagne font Crested Butte idéal pour ceux issus de familles aux skieurs extrêmes. Catch the Express Shuttle Montagne toutes les 15 minutes pour descendre à la ville historique de Crested Butte. Awesome!

Fantastic location and very nice condo. The 20+ inches of snow helped as well! Close 5 min walk to lift and you can ski back if enough snow. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing!

Summer Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views. Great bathrooms, comfortable furniture. A little less than perfect on a few things- no washcloths in one bathroom, one dehumidifier not working properly, dishwasher door broken, building door lock not working. However, property mgmt taking care of that. Otherwise, comfortable, easy access and parking.

Great location for ski mountain access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and spacious condo. The three bathrooms was great. Kitchen was functional. Could use some additional large plates. If you plan to eat all meals at the condo plan on washing dishes by hand. The good news is access to the mountain makes it possible to go back to the condo for lunch.

Great place - needs better maintance

Master Bedroom blind stuck open, window in dining room did not open, none of the tv's worked (I think it was a battery issue with the remotes) living room clock - battery dead

Great unit and stay. Service details could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and well cared for. Overall we had a great stay in CB and would rent from this property manager again. Kate in reservations was great and very helpful. Small details not quite there. TVs didn't work and help was not available. Renter materials did not have hot tub code. Coffee service had only decaf. None of these more than a small inconvenience.

great location, clean and new condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great new condo in an ideal location, central but still a bit away from the busyness of the main condo row. Nice 1 car garage. Two small patios to watch sunsets, or hot air balloon launches on the weekends. Kitchen very well equipped with high quality knives, plenty of pots and pans. Very nice beds with lots of pillow choices. Luxurious showers! So nice to have washer/dryer. Nice very close hot tub. My only suggestion would be 6 more dinner plates, as we had to run the dishwasher twice a day sometimes, since we ate in for all 3 meals most days. We will definitely be back!

Crested Mtn North, Building L, Unit 1

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was interrupted by 2 epsiodes of the alarm going off. The alarm is very loud and it was due to an error in the system saying there was a water leak in one of the cabinets. Both episodes happened early in the morning. When we were able to use the code to turn off the alarm the 2nd time, the water completely shut off. No showers and had to go to the town for water for our planned hike.

There devices under each sink and behind each toilet that are in place at the newer properties to protect against water damage and immediately detect moisture. There are instructions provided on how to disarm and operate the system in the event that there is a detection. This will silence the alarm and enable water within the condo within moments. We've never had an error with the equipment before, but we'll be sure to check it out. For our future bookers, if you've experience any issues with our safety mechanisms - just call us. Wonderful Accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (5 adults, 1 baby) stayed in this beautiful condo while we came to attend a wedding. Instructions, check-in and check-out were simple and the condo was spotless and spacious enough for all uf us, complete with very comfortable beds! We did our own cooking and found the kitchen well equipped; however, we would have preferred some sharper knives. We came in 2 vehicles and had to take one vehicle to town to park it even though there seemed to be plently of spaces open during our stay. This condo is in a great location and very easy to take the shuttle into town. We would come back to stay here if we are in the area again!
