Bienvenue dans votre maison de vacances en bord de mer à Cabo .....

Ce condo est situé à Terrasol Beach Resort sur la plage de Solmar, l'un des endroits préférés de Cabos pour regarder les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil.
Avec beaucoup de belles améliorations, ce condo est garanti pour cocher tous vos besoins de vacances. Il a deux chambres et 2 salles de bains, ainsi que 2 grandes terrasses ouvertes avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Le salon principal est grand ouvert, un endroit idéal pour divertir les couples ou les petites familles. L'espace comprend un grand canapé en coupe, une télévision connectée avec netflix et satellite. A côté de cela, il y a une salle à manger spacieuse avec une salle pour 6 personnes.

La cuisine est à aire ouverte et a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin .... et plus encore.
Nouveau réfrigérateur, avec distributeur de glace et d'eau.
Nouvelle cuisinière électrique pleine grandeur avec four.
Nouveau micro-ondes.
Nouveau lave-vaisselle.
Plans de travail en granit avec beaucoup d'espace, ainsi qu'un îlot mobile.
Il est bien équipé de casseroles et poêles, couverts, couverts, verres et quelques épices de base pour la cuisine.

Les deux patios ont beaucoup de sièges où vous pourrez déguster un café le matin ou un verre de vin le soir .... la vue offrira des expériences touristiques sans fin. Il y a beaucoup de navires de croisière qui passent ainsi que des baleines qui pénètrent.

Cette unité est une unité non fumeur .... il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du condo ou sur le pont extérieur.

Tous les locataires sont soumis à des frais de nuit et des frais de nettoyage à la fin de votre séjour. Payable à Terrasol.

Amazing beachside Cabo condo

Truly amazing location, beachfront with pristine sunrise views and walks up and down the beach from our door. Easy walk to the marina, on site pools were fantastic. The rental manager, Brad, took care of arranging airport transportation including a food shopping stop on the way to the condo which set us up for the whole trip. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

Great location on the ocean

Friendly and attentive Staff, clean and well kept grounds, quiet, watch whales and sunsets from the patio, cool ocean breeze, close to the Marina, Restaurants and shopping. In summary, the Staff (Front Desk, Grounds Keepers, Maids and Security Guards) work hard to make this Resort feel like Paradise.

Location is amazing.

We have stayed at Terrasol many times and have never had a bad experience. This particular unit was great! Kitchen was very well stocked and furnishings were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the beach

This property is right on the sand on Solmar Beach. We have been annual visitors to Cabo for several years and always wondered about staying at Terrasol. Well we finally did it and it was really great. We'll be back next year.

We had an awesome stay at the terrasol nice and quite place. The ocean view was beautiful and the food and drinks at the swim up bar were great and good pricing. Only down fall was how hot it was there but the room has an amazing ac kept the room nice n cold and the walk to and from the marina was uphill was a struggle with lil ones. Overall had a great time would stay at terrasol again

Amazing Condo and Location

This condo has everything needed for a relaxing, great all around experience. Fully stocked with all the supplies needed for a sunny vacation. Clean, comfortable, and incredible views of the Pacific. The restaurant by the pool has great breakfast and lunch options as well. Friendly staff and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit. Highly recommend!!

Very nice accommodation and oocation

It was all we expected. I think the best beach, although not for swimming it’s clean, peaceful, beautiful waves and no crowds. The pool right outside the condo had restaurant for breakfast and lunch or just drinks by the pool. All great!!

Great location

Nothing between you and the ocean except sand. Left the windows open at night to hear the waves crash against the beach(waves were huge). There was everything you could need in this modern recently remodeled unit. Short walk to the marina and town, return to your own private beach. We will be back.

Better than the photos!

This condo was beautifully renovated. From the fully stocked kitchen to the perfect view of the ocean each morning and evening, we had zero complaints. This whole resort was so quiet and not very busy at all, but just a short walk or $2 Uber to marina area and central district. You could have the best of both worlds! We will be back!

Fabulous condo with everything you can think of!

We loved staying at Terrasol. It is a beautiful condo with epic ocean front views, 2 balconies and 2 pools. The condo is well accommodated and really nothing is left out! Anything you need for your stay is there. The appliances are high end and the decor is tasteful. It’s about 8-10 min walk from Terrasol to the marina, but lots of hills on the way home. Highly recommend!

Loved every minute!

We stayed a week at this amazing property. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Dealing with Brad was very easy and he was very responsive to any request we had. The views from this condo were amazing. We fixed meals in and ate out. Great location - walkable to the marina area. Can’t say enough good about the location! The vibe at this place is very relaxed. Definitely not a party atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location with gorgeous view!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The view was gorgeous from the condo and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The pool was right outside the condo and it was wonderful having the swim up bar and restaurant right there. Condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. We highly recommend fishing and having Solomon’s cook your catch and the once in a lifetime experience (for us atleast) of Rosa Negra!! We’ll be back in January when it’s cooler.

Our stay was great!!!! Loved the condo we stayed in, perfect location to pool, beach and to walk to town. The condo was so well supplied, updated and so comfortable. Wish it was our condo!!! Really liked the Terrasol complex, staff was awesome there. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will go back!!!!! Would love to go back monthly if that was possible!!! Retirement maybe!!! Best location in Cabo

This condo is amazing! It's quiet, super clean and very well stocked. We were right in front of the ocean and were able to see the whales swim by everyday while sitting out in the balcony. Brad, the host responds almost instantly, even late at night to answer all of our questions. This unit overlooks the pool and it's so close to the restaurant/bar. But still private and quiet. Already planning another trip out here! Thanks to the owners and Brad for making this an amazing stay!

Property was exactly as described. Everything was there that we needed. Location on beach front was perfect. Made a reservation through VRBO for a future stay & reservation was confirmed. Unfortunately, we were contacted by the property manager by phone & told to cancel our reservation because he had not updated the rental prices. Although we were disappointed, we canceled the reservation. May consider renting this property again due to location.

A slice of heaven!!

This was our first time in a vacation rental and it did not disappoint! From the minute I booked Brad the property manager was amazing. His communication at booking, prior to our arrival, time of arrival and throughout our stay was Top Notch. The condo itself was fantastic! The view is second to none! The condo is outfitted with everything we could have possibly needed and more! The upgrades in the unit itself are beautiful! The property itself was so clean and well-maintained and we felt very safe. Could not recommend this unit more! Thank you to Brad and the staff for making our times so wonderful!

Terrasol Experience

Renting the condo was fairly easy I submitted a request to Brad who promptly responded and I immediately paid with a credit card. Brad met us at the condo and explained everything we needed to know. The condo was pretty much stocked with everything, towels, cleaning supplies etc. The condo is lovely, looks exactly like the pictures posted, and is in the best location, right on the beach. Just a word of caution, there may be major rehabbing going on, from simple cosmetics to major construction. This happened to us but Brad worked to the best of his ability to secure another condo on site for us.

The best Terra Sol Condo

This is our 6th unit to stay in at Terra Sol and by far the best! You are beach front, it is whale watching season right now it has been amazing watching them jump and play all day everyday ,the beds and pillows are heaven! The furniture is very nice and the condo is well decorated, bath towels and beach towels same, plush and nice! The kitchen has everything you need and not junk everything is in top working condition and appears to be fairly new, you can walk everywhere, so close to the marina and many restaurants, this has nothing to do with the condo itself but I was so taken back I am going to mention it, the pools are wonderful, clean and have perfect ocean views, the palapa where they serve food and drinks, the service is slow and the staff is RUDE! The food just okay, I do not recommend eating or drinking there unless you want to be treated poorly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Terrasol beach resort is a one of a kind vacation spot. It's located on the Pacific side with some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets..... for a few months this is one of very few places you can watch the sun rise and set into the ocean.
During the day you can enjoy one of the two pools or take a stroll into Cabo or walk the marina, both are less than a 10 min walk from the resort. Once you're downtown there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shopping. Something for every vacation, come and see for yourself.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When you arrive at the condo you will be in awe of its location, the views are amazing.... not to mention its just steps from the beach. You can watch whales, sea turtles, cruise ships and plenty of blue skies..... only 15 days of rain here, so you're chances of enjoying the sun is almost guaranteed.
The condo so so perfectly laid out for couples and small families. There are a couple of deck to choose from as well as the pool that is also steps away.
