Entrer dans la maison par les doubles portes françaises et sur le foyer dans le cœur de la maison; la salle familiale ouverte, salon / cheminée, et manger dans la cuisine. De grandes portes coulissantes en verre courent sur toute la longueur de la maison donnant sur la piscine, arrière-cour, et le canal. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et télévision à écran plat avec salle de bains sur-suite parentale avec baignoire jacuzzi et 2 personnes douche. La chambre deuxième dispose de 2 lits queen et télévision à écran plat. La troisième chambre est meublée d'un lit king Californie et télévision �� écran plat. Ces deux chambres se partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche combo. La quatrième chambre est également équipée d'un lit queen et télévision à écran plat. La chambre familiale a beaucoup de places pour profiter de la vue ou regarder vos films préférés et émissions en HD sur le téléviseur 50 "à écran plat.

Perfection

We had an amazing time in Siesta Key. The property was perfect for our family with lots of indoor space to sleep and fun outdoor space to swim in the pool and kayak in the canals. The view was beautiful. We also had fun on the bikes with a short ride to the beach and the village. There was so much to do for all ages. The powder white sand ,blue waters and sunsets were pure perfection.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying at this property. It was, as usual, a great experience. Located on a canal (w/a boat lift) with a short ride out to the bay, this is the perfect spot for those that like fishing, boating and the beach. The owners/managers do a great job at making this a perfect place for a vacation. The house will fit your family needs and you'll be impressed. Short trip to the greatest beach in the US by walk, bike or car. Great dining in the Village and something for all to do. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Lots of space but needs better management

The house was big and had so much space for large groups. The house was very well stocked and had plenty of items for the kitchen. The screened in porch was really nice. We had some issues with algae in the pool. We kept contacting the management company as soon as we noticed issues. It was not treated so we were unable to use the pool. We were told that we could swim in but there was black algae all over the bottom and no one wanted to get in that. We ended up leaving early and moved to a different house for the last part of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed here previously when it was privately owned and it was better. we have several issues:- 1. crockery and cooking dishes need lounge furniture uncomfortable and whilst tv 42" no golf, no english football available!! not very good for overseas visitors!3. the electrics sockets were not good,one in kitchen and one behind chair.4.kitchen cupboards need cleaning and other peoples leftovers removed, and the pool storage area needs cleaning and sorting.

Could be a nice property with a better company

House has good potential with large living spaces/great location on canal. We've been renting for years and this was by far the least communicative/caring rental company we've had. First arriving there was what looked/smelled like dog urine/stains on outdoor cushions (dog friendly house, but we asked if a replacement set was available via a repair ticket and got no answer nor did anyone stop by to check it out), so we washed the 18 piece cushion set as we rented the month and couldn' t take the smell. A bedroom tv was broken (no big deal we just didn't want to be charged) and was fixed. Several bikes available were broken (the rental company responded with "well most of the bikes other rental families left here (???) and aren't ours to take care of but we will send someone over to look at them) Grill was terrible, bought a cheap one from walmart and then sold it at the end of our stay because we figured contacting them would be fruitless. Our biggest headache was the pool, which leaks water/pool chemicals. We contacted John S. on a Thursday morning because over the previous days the pool turned bright pea soup green, cloudy and chlorine was very low. It took 5 days, and on that 5th day us getting kicked out of the office for stating we no longer wanted to deal with him and we needed to speak to his boss (Joe) for any actual response or urgency to the issue. (from google reviews he kicks people out often). We then had to wait another 4ish + days before using again (which again was never informed/updated from the rental agency when it would be safe to use, we had to run after the pool guy to ask) Aside from that, the pool area has a lot of wobbly patio stones, construction type garbage along the fences on the side of the property such as old doors, there was a pair of dirty white shorts hanging on a tree in the yard....likely there for a while and still there....Overall, again house inside is nice and has a ton of potential with a different owner/agency. great spaces outdoor if properly cared for but wouldn't rent this house or from this company again. Also on a side note....we first rented a different house via RentSiestaKey/Vrbo, which we payed the downpayment for, signed the rental agreement, and then a week later was cancelled on, stating the owner wanted that time slot. Proper refunds were issued but overall just bad service

A month of paradise

Loved staying here. Great if you have a boat and or kayaks. Lots of room and easy to keep clean. A few quirky light switch and shower temperature things. A little welcome book of local attractions would be useful. Tiny tiny things compared to the GREAT time we had in this home. Thank you!

Great house - poor exterior

This house was great. We would give it a 4 or 5 if the exterior matched the inside.The property staff- John was excellent and responsive. Plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms. Inside we found the house to have everything we needed for a great 2 week stay. Outside we found the property to be below average. Landscaping was poorly maintained if at all old fences and other stuff laying around the yard . The pool deck and walkways uneven and unsafe to walk on in some areas. The pool pump died while during our visit - they did replace it 3 days after (I understand those take time so that was not an issue for us). Only 2 of the bikes could be used - the 3 others need major maintenance. We had some issue with the grill - it worked 50% of the time. Overall the house is great and we had a blast! Especially because we had our boat and could use the easy access to the bay and gulf. - it just needs some love to get it up to the price you pay standards. We rent houses all the time and this house has great potential. We would rent it again if improvements are made outside.

Thank you for choosing Edgemere as your accommodations. We were notified of the issue with the pool pump and we had the pool company replace as quickly as possible. However the other items were were not aware of and could have both been address regarding the additional bikes and grill.

Great House & Location - too many maintenance issues

Great location & house. However - the previous tenant left only 40 minutes before we arrived so no cleaning crew came in to clean the house. Trash in cans in house. Beds/linens not clean. Recycle bin full outside door. Door frame broken in king bedroom. Lightbulbs for microwave burnt out. Old Dirty cup with hard coffee in espresso maker. Lots of big ants in bedroom by slider. Pool filthy with trash in it. Ceiling fan/light in master bedroom didn't work properly. Bedside lamp in master broken. Dresser drawer in master broken. Many receptacles broken/inoperable. Ceiling fan in lani light pull string broken. Maintenance, lawn & pool help arrived without any warning and just walked into the back of the property. No communication that water heater was broken prior to our arrival; guy just showed up at 830 at night to replace - no phone call even though it was communicated & requested. Overall the house is great I think the management company is doing a very poor job maintaining this proprty. We were on VACATION and should not have to be dealing with so many maintenance issues.

Spacious Siesta Key Canal Front- Amazing!

The rental home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. I have zero complaints and I will definitely be returning. The home is a very good size and great access to the beach close by. When you're not at the beach there is the amazing pool and canal front for fishing! 5/5 stars- no doubt!

Amazing Family Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a most wonderful time. The rental house was exactly what we needed. Maintenance issues were handled quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock, screened porch and pool. Only negatives were finding correct light switches for all the lights but we finally got it down. I would suggest replacing the dishwasher as it is in bad shape on the inside, needs a really good cleaning. First couple of nights we were having a good time and guess we were too loud for the neighbors, however we did not go beyond the 10:00 noise ordinance as we are no longer spring chickens and were in bed by 10:00 most nights. All in all we were very happy with the home at Edgemere and with Rent Siesta Key.

Wonderful Family get together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and our 3 boys went with her mother, brother, sister and family. Plenty of space for the 10 of us. House was very clean and nicely decorated without being "stuffy". The screened in lanai is huge and overlooks one of the best pools we have ever had in a rental. The pictures do not do this place justice. Just a quick bike ride (which we did many times with the bikes on site) to the village with shops and nightlife. My 3 teenage boys loved the canoeing and fishing in the canal. We use to come to Siesta Key every year for almost 20 years until my wifes father passed away 8 years ago. This was our first trip back and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect house. Thank you for letting us make some NEW memories.

This home is great for a large family or even two families with its open floor plan. Our Customer Service lines are open from 9am - 5pm 7 days a week with emergency lines available after hours. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 9 tears in the pool screen when we arrived. A very large snake came in to the pool area, the whole ordeal was very disheartening. The owner did have screen repaired within 2 days, but the to property was not completely guest ready when we arrived. Also a disagreement between owner and previous manager added stress to our contract agreement. Drains in this property are very slow, with the added rainfall, showers and dishwasher could not be used at same time.

vacation heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property the 2nd week in sept. From the beginning of our stay working with Joe was a great experience. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath had everything you need plus more. The house was perfect, very clean, nice furniture, enclosed pool and fence yard that worked out very well with our small pets. We had a fantastic time at this rental. My two months of research paid off for our family. Just a couple of minutes from the most beautiful beach with incredible sunsets, to relaxing at our rental house or swimming in that great pool. No more research needed, next vacation you guessed it same place for a longer period of time. I would highly recommend this rental.
