Located in the up and coming Bayshore Arts district, and surrounded by beautiful nature with a canal as your neighbor, here’s an air conditioned home from home close to the beach that’ll make you all feel welcome the moment you step inside.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING
Park in your private drive and head up the stairs to the porch area that takes you into this brilliantly designed home. It’s bright as a beach and features a coastal vibe throughout to remind you just how close you are to the water.

The living area invites you to relax together, perhaps to watch the TV with Roku. It’s a space that’s shared with the kitchen and dining area.

Lap up the luxury in the kitchen which features all the essentials, like a dishwasher to do all the cleaning up after your meals. A Keurig coffee machine to create delicious drinks anytime of day. A big refrigerator in which you can store everyone’s favorite drinks and food. All the cutlery and cookware you’ll need, plus wine glasses so you can toast the good life at the end of a busy day, outside on the deck, or inside gathered around the dining table for a meal. You also have the option to sit on one of the four stools at the breakfast bar, a great spot for a snack or coffee!

THE 3 BEDROOMS
Take your pick from three rooms, Primary with king bed and ensuite bathroom, second room with queen bed and a third with bunk beds (ideal for younger guests) double bed on bottom bunk and twin on top bunk. All mattresses and bedding are of the highest quality, ensuring comfortable nights in dreamland for everyone. And each room has plenty of space in which to store your clothes and other possessions.

THE 2 BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a tub to lie back and relax in, with a shower overhead - handy if you’re in a hurry. The second bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom and features a large walk-in shower with a seat in it. You get plenty of places to store your toiletries, and there are towels for everyone provided by your host.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Your deck wraps its way around half the house with steps at the front and back leading down to the grassy area and canal. The front porch has seating, so too the deck space at the side, where there’s also a BBQ grill on which you can prepare delicious meals in the great outdoors.

REMOTE WORKING
Digital nomads or people in your group who can’t escape work will appreciate the excellent Wifi that serves the bungalow, as well as the choice of spaces inside and outside where you can sit and work.

LAUNDRY
You get free use of the washer and dryer when you stay here, especially handy if you’re staying long term, or with the kids!

FREE PARKING

As well as the peaceful and attractive location, staying here puts you within easy reach of many of the places that attract visitors and keep the locals entertained all year round. These include:

There’s plenty of free and private parking space on the driveway outside the house. Having a car will give you the freedom to explore the local area at your leisure. But you can always hire an Uber/Lyft and get someone else to do the driving!
