The Park Villa is next to the Sugden Regional Park with the largest freshwater lake in Collier county. From the backyard you can see the park and expect to spot local wildlife such as iguanas and tropical birds. This retreat suited on the private quiet street and surrounded with beautiful landscaping.
Street Legal 6 passenger Golf Cart is available for an additional fee and needs to be reserved in advance.
The Park Villa is also a short bike ride to other parks such as East Naples Park, which hosts the World Championship Pickleball tournament, and Bayview Park with the best Sunset views over Naples Bay, vibrant Bayshore district with local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, art galleries, Tin City with waterfront restaurants, shops and marina, where you can book a sightseeing tour on the famous Naples Princess Cruise!

About this Place:
Spacious Master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, smart tv, and chaise lounge. Master bath with dual sink and oversized walk in shower.
Second bedroom also has a king size bed.
Third bedroom has a king size bed.
This home includes comfortable beds and luxury 100% cotton linens and towels!
Second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom which has a tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels.
For extra guests there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room.
Additional queen air mattress and baby crib and feeding chair available upon request at no additional charges for our guests. Dogs are welcome!
The spacious open space living area that includes a 65” smart TV and plenty of seating for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook a fabulous dinner for your family (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, dishwasher, etc).
Outside on the screened lanai we have a gas outdoor grill and a seating area where you can spend your afternoon with a glass of wine, take a nap or just watch the palm trees blow in the breeze! Perfectly situated under the bistro lights and outdoor ceiling fan.
We do have beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles and trampoline for kids to enjoy.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the lanai. Please note that there is a $500 penalty.
We do not charge our guests an extra person fee, dog fee, but you have to specify how many people are staying (including children) so that we have additional bedding and towels available for everyone.
We expect that you respect our home and leave property in a broom swept condition. If the deep cleaning is required after your stay, there will be additional charges.
Families with children: we do have a trampoline for kids and canal access in the backyard, so please take proper steps to supervise children all the time.
Property has an oversized lot, plenty of space for parking.
Walking distance to the Sugden Park, local restaurants, grocery store.
House is entirely for the guest's use.
