Nice 3bdrm, 3 bath, condo in upper village. Walkable to everything! The ability to call the front desk and request a pick up from the lower vilage was awesome.
Great experience! We really enjoyed the property. Very clean and cozy. It would be nice to have some spices/oil for cooking. Lady on reception was very helpful. Shuttle was a nice addition to a great experience.
Stayed here for the Aspen Music festival, which was a short bus ride down to the park. Hot tub and pool were really nice - got good use of those. Place was stocked with towels and fully clean. Good locations with shops and restaurants just down the street. One challenge was the airflow upstairs - with the one small window it got very hot up there over labor day. Overall those enjoyed out stay.
This was a great place! The beds were super comfy, the space felt private, yet still easily accessible. It was clean and stocked with a few games for the kids. We would have appreciated it to have a few basic kitchen supplies like salt & pepper and a few condiments for cooking. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice but they had odd hours, 10am to 9pm?? For a summer trip, that isn't very accommodating. Otherwise we would stay there again.
We stayed at the condo overnight before heading out to hike maroon bells the next few days. Was a great spot. Snowmass village is great, staff was friendly. Would have been happy being there for a longer stay.
We enjoyed the condo. There are a lot of nice restaurants and hikes in the Aspen/Snowmass area. The condo could use some cookie sheets/baking pans for baking and some basic condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) but the condo was very nice overall and a great location right next to the slopes. We had six adults and had plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. We also used the grill which was conveniently located at the base of the stairs to the condo. We would definitely stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo (2 bedrooms and a loft with lots of privacy and plenty of beds). Location slopeside was amazing; both in the summer and winter. Would certainly look to return.
Had a great time. The condo was easy to get to and the folks there were very helpful. The unit lacked a few of the basics that we have grown accustom to like salt and pepper, but that is probly due to Covid safety. Will know next time to bring everything we need so there are no emergency runs to the Clarks (about three minutes away) for basics.
We were in town from Denver for the Spartan race and this place was perfect for two families of 4. You are just up the hill from the mall and can take the quick gondola down to the new base area. If you were skiing you are literally slope side. The place is clean and nice. The loft area up stairs has 3 single beds and we brought an aero bed for the 4th kid. The only very slight dis-advantage is getting luggage into the place. It's up in the back corner (closest to the ski hill) so you either have to go up a bunch of stairs or park up the hill and walk across the back of the property (no stairs but maybe 100 yard walk). This was not a big deal but mention it if you were older.
This property was great for my group's needs. We enjoyed being able to walk to Snowmass Village for dinner and sit in the hot tub in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a quick one-night stay.
our stay at this condo was fabulous. they had us scheduled for another condo, but due to something they changed our place to this one. it was definite an upgrade to us. a corner apartment that looked over the mountains. was just immaculate and clean. The only thing I would have used that wasnt available was a flipper for my eggs in the morning, I improvised with a spoon.
This unit was in a great location that was accessible to all amenities and felt private. Quiet at all the right times. The grounds are well kept. Mary, at front desk is exceptionally helpful.
The Bear theme was a bit much. I think this picture posted is also a bit misleading. The unit is not as light and spacious as this picture would lead you to believe. The kitchen is a little galley very dark. The patio faces a dark sidewalk and the wall of the unit across the walkway. Don't expect much more than that. Having said that, three bedrooms and three bathrooms for this price is a good deal. The location of the Timberline is excellent and their pool and view from hot tub is unbelievable. I'm a past owner of the Top of the Village, units just above and was hoping for a lighter, brighter unit then this one picture would denote. Well appointed, plenty of towels, dishes, etc.
Overall this property fit 8 people very comfortably. Great location, right on the slopes. Check in and check out were very easy because it was run through the condominium company.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
