With a king in the bedroom, queen in the loft, a sleeper-sofa in the living area, and built-in bunks, we can sleep up to 7. Complex features: easy beach access, pool, gazebo, gym, elevator & BBQ area.
The Space:
Grand Caribbean 424 is a spacious, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo with built-in bunks. Located on the fourth floor, you have views of both the beach and the bayou. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the tropical coastal breeze while gazing at the Bayou on the left and the beach on the right. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom access. The second bedroom, fitted with a queen bed and TV, is a loft which requires navigating a spiral staircase. Combined with the built in twin bunks in the hall and a sofa-sleeper, this unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. Additional features include stainless appliances, hardwood Pergo flooring throughout, Wi-Fi, covered assigned parking for one vehicle, and stack washer and dryer.
Grand Caribbean 424 comes with one assigned covered parking space under the complex. You may purchase a second parking pass for $35 for the uncovered lot. There is also a covered entry on the first level perfect for loading and unloading.
Guest Access:
Amenities at Grand Caribbean include: an outdoor pool, expansive sundeck, gazebo, fitness room, and BBQ grilling area. The complex is centrally located to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. Easy beach access across the street at the Orange Beach state park beach (5-min walk).
The Neighborhood:
Grand Caribbean is located in Orange Beach, AL directly across the street from the beach and the area’s hottest new dining destination, Coastal, with the Orange Beach state park public beach just steps away (5-minute walk), easily accessible at the traffic light. The complex sits adjacent to the Orange Beach Public Boat launch on Cotton Bayou and allows for boat trailer parking during the off-season. With its convenient location, you can walk to Publix, Walgreens, liquor store, many restaurants, and numerous shopping options. Grand Caribbean is closest beach-oriented complex to the Orange Beach Sportsplex (4 miles) and The Wharf, making it the ideal place to stay while in town for the ballgames. Beach, boating, hiking, shopping, and dining all just steps from this bright and spacious condo.

Grand Caribbean 424 comes with one assigned covered parking space under the complex. You may purchase a second parking pass for $35 for the uncovered lot. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is 2 miles from complex, for $50.
Per insurance stipulations, we can not supply anything which may be consumed (coffee, salt, pepper, oil, spices, sugar, etc.).
Renters can bring a boat after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend. This is $20 per day/$100 weekly/ $300 monthly and again is on a first come first serve basis. The owner of the vessel must complete a registration process which will require the boat to be insured and insurance on file prior to bringing it to the property. Please email for the registration.
