Enjoy the best of both worlds in this 3BR/2.5BA home with an ocean view from the front and a golf/lagoon from the back. Located on the putting green and first tee of Ocean Point Golf Links, you can watch the golfers from the screened-in porch or just enjoy the view of the lagoon—only a short walk to the pool, beach access, and Ocean Point Grille. Being the first house in the subdivision, it affords a private yard with no neighbors.

The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed with a pillow topper, TV, and French doors to the screened-in porch. The primary bath has a double vanity with a walk-in shower. There's plenty of room for dressing and hanging up clothes in this area. Upstairs to the left is another queen-size bed with a pillow topper, TV, and shared full bath with the two twin beds, with pillow toppers and a TV, in the room to the right.

This adorable house is nicely furnished, decorated and has everything needed for a great vacation.

Your rental includes a four-seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island BItes for some ice cream!

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
