Magnifique condo rénové Gulf View classé 5 étoiles sur VRBO, TripAdvisor et HomeAway. Lumineux et coloré, avec un décor tropical que vous recherchez sur une île de vacances. emplacement idéal à notre piscine chauffée, courts de tennis, salle de lavage, bureau, et à deux pas de la plage privée. Les chaises de plage et parasol fournis. Près de l'ascenseur et parking. King-lit (Sealy Posturepedic matelas) dans BR principale avec des lits jumeaux confortables dans BR invité, qui peut être ponté dans un lit King, avec préavis. Nouveau canapé-lit queen (matelas Sealy) dans la zone du salon. Tous les nouveaux granite-dessus des armoires de cuisine et salles de bains, carrelage partout salon (chambres garnies de moquette). Les ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et une véranda. Salon a une grande Samsung Smart-TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et une bibliothèque de DVD. En outre, une unité AM / FM / CD avec des CD, une petite bibliothèque de romans / livres et des puzzles / jeux. Wi-Fi gratuit et téléphone avec système de messagerie. Les deux chambres ont salle de bain privée, walk-in, radio-réveil, et une télévision à écran plat / lecteur DVD. BR Guest et deuxième bain ont porte du couloir qui peut être fermé de la vie privée pour la zone de BR invité. Master BR a un coffre-fort dans le walk-in, des objets de valeur. Nous avons des locations de vélos, aussi! De plus, nous avons un excellent personnel de bureau et d'entretien sur place pour assister à vos besoins! Perfect beach vacation

Our family had a great time. Apartment in great conditions offering all that is needed, steps to the beach and fantastic location. We could not have had a most perfect spot for a family vacation.

Everything you need

This condo had everything we needed for a great beach stay - including well equipped kitchen, easy walk to the beach, and a small but lovely pool. The buildings are older but well maintained, and the staff was super friendly. And it was so convenient to have bike rental on-site. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Away for too long

We vacationed at Sanibel Island several years ago. This trip has been planned for a long time. Thankfully, it is still a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beach, pool, grounds and the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Superb Condo Accommodation For Family Getaway To Sanibel

This condo was everything promised and more - delightful ambiance (Carol's art work), extremely comfortable and well equipped, super staff and service, and owners who do everything to enhance one's stay. The beach, pool, bike paths, and tennis courts were steps from our door. In our case the condo accommodated two adult couples plus a mother and baby and a wonderful time was had by all. We cannot recommend Carol and Mike Davis's lovely Sanibel home too highly.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas break. The property was spotless from the unit itself to the pool and beach areas. Staff was friendly and all processes and instructions were clear. Appreciated pet friendly accommodations and many others were also traveling with pets in the building but we never experienced any disturbances. Only downside was we had hoped to play tennis and the courts at Sanibel Siesta were not yet repaired. Sundial has courts available nearby but it was 20 per person to rent when we inquired. Perhaps the charge would be less during a slower time of year. There is also a golf course across the street that looked beautiful but we simply ran out of time this trip. We will definitely be back!

Location!

Pros and Cons of what I would want to know when booking. Pros: LOCATION! This property is only maybe a 1 mile to shops and restaurants. Also, it is right on the beach. Closet was FULL of beach equipment! There were 2 chairs, 2 chaise loungers, pool noodles, nets, buckets, football and 3 boogie boards. Plus some umbrellas and other odds and ends. There was even a cart to put all your things in and wheel down t the beach! The only thing missing was a cooler for the beach, which may have even been in there, I just didn't look real hard. Rental Bikes on Property! You will def want to get some bikes and explore the island. We used them to shop, go to restaurants and explore. Cons: The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. My kids are 18, 16, 14, and 9 yrs old and all of them had to sleep on it at least once. They all did not like it and they usually don't complain about that. No washer and dryer in unit or in the same building and you have to download an app to purchase your loads. The app makes you put at least $10 on at a time, so if you were planning on not doing many loads, you're out of luck. It is $1.75 per load for washer and same for dryer. I heard the complex does give you one free wash though. Internet is not great. There is WiFi in the building, and I found that if you unplug it and plug it back it, it will work better, but you will be doing this multiple times. While they have bikes on site, most days it was hard to find one that was working - there were a lot with flat tires or chain that fell off. However, towards the end of our stay, they had stocked them back up! There were plenty, so guess its just hit or miss type thing. Overall, our trip was great! I wasn't sure what to expect being high school spring break, I thought there might have been more kids on the island, but that wasn't the case. It was a lot of older people and a lot of families with younger children - so the beaches and town were not super busy or overrun by teens. It was supe relaxing and the weather was GEORGOUS!!! I would def go back and the kids loved it too.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sanibel Siesta is also pet friendly which was a huge plus for us. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

The perfect place for the perfect relaxing beach getaway! Sanabel island is a beautiful place! Assisting in making the beauty more real is staying in a fantastic place it is it within walking distance to the beach. The unit, the condominium grounds, the staff, the pool, and the beach we’re all superb.

Great trip!

Came here with our two young kids and had a blast. Right on the beach. The unit works great for a family with two children. Beach is amazing and the shelling is second to none. Made a day trip to Captiva and it was incredible. Location of Sanibel Siesta is perfect.

Friendly & relaxing

Beautifully maintained property with a fantastic, friendly helpful staff. The online listing is as described except for there weren't sufficient pots & pans to cook dinner. A great place for eating breakfast & lunch in and going out for dinner. Appreciated all the ceiling fans. Good collection of books & DVDs. Noted the pack and play portable crib in the closet for a little one. Very comfortable & relaxing.

We had a wonderful time!

This is our first time staying on Sanibel Island and staying at your lovely condominiums. What's not to like? The location right on Sanibel Islands beautiful beaches, a heated swimming pool, a lovely and well furnished 2 bedroom condo with a great porch, a closet full of beach supplies. Great location close to the shells on the beach

The condo was very clean and was acceptable to two couples. It would have been better for a family due to the twin beds in the second bedroom. The condo had a small view of the ocean but the short walk to the beach was perfect. The screened porch was a pleasant place to relax. The staff was very helpful.

FANTASTIC

The description above is very on the money! This condo has it all! Great location, furnished beautifully BUT comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and large screened porch with seating for 6! The pictures do not do it justice. Great office staff and the pool is huge! The owners (the Davis family) are wonderful....even called to check on us! Mike Davis sent me a fantastic list of places to eat. His wife's lovely art work graces the walls. I highly recommend this property! Thanks to the Davis family for opening their home to others.
