Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 402. Thank you for your interest in Sanibel Siesta Unit 402. This two bedroom, two bathroom, non smoking unit sleeps four comfortably. It has a recently updated master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and attached private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, closet, and dresser. The second beachy bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom. The recently updated kitchen is well furnished and has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The living room has a flat screen TV, and tropical colored, comfortable furnishings with lots of storage space and plenty of room for lounging and socializing. There is also a roomy dining table and chairs as well as a two seat bar area. The condo has tile flooring throughout the unit and of course, central air conditioning. The airy screened in lanai overlooks a tropical pond, swimming pool, and lush grounds as well as a partial gulf view. The lanai is complete with table, chairs. and multiple lounge chairs which makes it a perfect spot to drink your morning coffee, read a book, or toast the ocean waves with a cocktail. The unit has a private one car garage with beach chairs and toys which you are welcome to use while you stay in this fabulous unit, which is only a minute or less walk to the beach.
Sanibel Siesta offers satellite TV, a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, WIFI, shuffleboard, gas grills, bike rentals, elevators, shell washing station, and laundry facilities. Beach towels are available for rent from the on site rental office. Linens and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee are supplied. Sanibel Siesta is about a 35 minute drive from RSW airport and walking distance to a golf course, pickleball, tennis courts, and delicious restaurants. Beaching, shopping, shelling, boating, fishing, biking/walking trails, golfing, pickleball, tennis, and kayaking, or simply relaxing and enjoying your friends and family, Sanibel has it all and much more. We welcome you to enjoy all of this from our condo just steps to the beach with its breathtaking views, white sandy beaches, and of course sea shells aplenty. No pets please but trained certified service animals are welcome. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! NO PETS
