On the beach and steps to the ocean, this modern and luxurious villa showcases two large primary suites, a saltwater lap and wading pool, a relaxing and open-air common area and inner courtyard, and a large and beautiful gourmet kitchen. Four suites total each with their own private terraces and bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers. Daily housekeeping and concierge are included so you can simply relax and enjoy the tropical gardens with monkeys and iguanas that like to visit. The central location is a short stroll to the ocean, delicious restaurants, and grocery stores.

Fantastic home!

The house was amazing and perfect for our group. Alejandra, the concierge, helped us make plans before and during our trip. The surroundings were beautiful! We saw lizards, monkeys, birds, and raccoons during our visit. All 8 of us agree that we would be thrilled to return!

Incredible Property

We loved CasaMAR. The property lives up to the photos and offers excellent privacy just a few steps from the beach. The rooms are impeccably clean, thanks to the daily cleaning staff. There's plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. Most importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Ale, the concierge, truly went above and beyond! She made extra efforts to arrange our transportation to and from the airport, as well as boat trips, restaurant reservations, and much more. She brings a wealth of experience, ensuring your time there is seamless.

Paradise Perfection

CasaMar is absolute perfection. This was our 6th time in Costa Rica and this house is definitely our new favorite. The set up is perfect for 2 families, with plenty of both private and communal space. The staff (concierge/manager, security, gardener, cleaning) were above and beyond, especially the cleaning team and Ale, one of the property managers. The house was sparkling clean, constantly being maintained, and Ale was so helpful with any questions we had about recommendations and reservations. Every space was well appointed and styled. We can't wait to be back.

Amazing Property and Location

CasaMAR is amazing. Our family of 5 stayed for 9 days in this paradise. The staff at the house is friendly and work hard at making sure your needs are met. The pool and outdoor living room made coming together special and the rooms are private enough to escape for alone time. The Concierge Alejandre made every accommodation for us and helped find the personalized adventure we were looking for. She went out of her way to make this trip wonderful and was an inspiration for us all. PURA VIDA is alive at CasaMAR. We highly recommend this luxury stay and can't wait to go back. Thank you

Spectacular, Stunning, relaxing, amazing location, warm pool, joyful space

Casa Mar and its team made this vacation one of our most favorite ever. The location is incredible. Close enough to town, restaurants, the wonderful Green World Market and Fish shop as well as surfboard / ATV rentals to make get our daily needs with ease. All while being secluded enough to feel away from the bustle of the rest of the world. The accommodations are both luxurious and comfortable. The pool is warm and refreshing. It’s the perfect space to hang, relax, and spend time with those you love! The beach access cannot be beat. Wow so close. We surfed out front each day and our kids boogie boarded through sunset. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We felt so supported and spoiled with their wonderful work. The space is so clean, spacious, and beautiful. Not to mention how cool it was to see monkeys and iguanas in the trees right by the house! So cool. We will be back! Thank you for a spectacular stay

It all started years ago, walking down a dirt road in a town off the beaten track known for great surf and yoga. After spending a year here so many years ago, and returning nearly every year to see old friends from the town, we found ourselves building a home which we now call CasaMAR.
