The dining room is off the TV room, accessed thru the “library” and has a table that seats 6 but can handle 8 easily. The fully equipped kitchen is across the hall from the dining room and has a fold up/down wood table that is counter height and seats 4 as well as an oven/range, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and utensils, etc. to prepare your own meals. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and the 2 bedrooms that both have queen beds, dressers and full closets. To top things off you’re only a 4 mile drive to Highmark Stadium, 10 miles to downtown Buffalo and less than 20 to WNY’s fantastic ski slopes, “Wonder of the World” Niagara Falls, the Canadian border, Niagara on the Lake and as it’s only an hour and a half drive away, a day trip to Toronto!!
