Great family friendly, clean, quaint home in Hamburg. We loved the character of the home, the outdoor space (deck & beautiful yard) and the ability to be able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, Main Street and the neighborhood park. Having tennis/pickle ball courts at the school across the street was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved all the spacious rooms this home offered. Communication was made easy and the kitchen was stocked with necessities, if needed. Located by local restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this VRBO if you want to stay in a comfy home in the heart of Hamburg.

The house was lovely and located in a nice area. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely book this location again when we visit are in the area.

Great house, great location.

The house was neat and clean, with lots of space to chill out. We especially loved sitting on the back deck and playing games we bought, in the yard. The house is located on a quiet street and close to anything you need. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in Hamburg

This is our 3rd time staying here and each time we've had a perfect trip. The house is simple but everything you need for a stay. The communication, check-in process, and house itself are perfect for a stay in the village. Would recommend staying here for anyone that wants an easy and simple stay with quick access to all the amenities you need.

Nice house located close to everything in Hamburg NY. Hamburg High School is across the street but did not cause any issues during our stay with traffic or noise. Walkable neighborhood with sidewalks. Older home which is mostly updated at this time.

Last minute

We needed accommodations for family coming into town unexpectedly. Owners were very accommodating alliwing us to get into the home the same day that reservations were made and were available for any questions we had. I would recommend this property to amyone needing a place to stay in the Hamburg area.

A Pleasant Experience

Overall, the property and rooms suited our needs comfortably. The space was clean and well-apportioned. Everything was exactly as listed and the owners were easy to communicate with. Location was excellent. We would happily stay there again. Note for others considering the rental: only one of the bedrooms has closet space for hanging clothes and the bedroom with loft pictured has no clothes drawers either; not a big deal for our family though.

Snow globe ❄️🥶

We have kids/grandkids in Hamburg. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this home! First of all spotless! Also everything we needed without the clutter. Hannah was wonderful to communicate with and Zach thanks for blowing the snow! We had a BLAST….even though our 49ers lost🙃

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the home- entered to a wet dog smell, spiderwebs and bugs in corners, and my children all got black feet walking barefoot.

Hi there! Just to clarify, there has never been a dog on the property—something we’re quite confident about, as we have security cameras and would’ve been aware of any such visit. We’re not sure what you may have smelled, but with nearly 200 stays and not a single similar comment, it’s certainly a first. As for the bug in the bathroom—while we do our best to keep everything spotless, we don’t know of a home in the area anywhere that’s 100% insect-free. Again, none of our past guests (all 200 of them) have reported anything of the sort. Our floors are thoroughly scrubbed after every stay by our trusted cleaner. If anyone ended up with dirty feet, it might have more to do with little ones running barefoot outside than anything inside the home. We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience, and we appreciate feedback—especially when it’s rooted in reality.

The house and property were all in great shape! Very quiet neighborhood (school across the street…so when school is in session your mileage may vary). Excellent restaurants, Tim Hortons (coffee), and a great custard stand all just blocks away! Grocery store (Tops) and Walgreens pharmacy are right around the corner as well. Quiet rural town with all the amenities at your fingertips. Pleasant drive to Buffalo and the falls. The house is simple, but charming! The stairs (front door and inside) might be tough for elderly or mobility challenged guests. But for anyone else this is a nice getaway.

Great stay in your cozy and clean home!

Beautiful and well-maintained home in the heart of the village. My wife and 15 month old traveled home to Buffalo for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our stay. The owners were responsive and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, and the half bath on the first floor was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Awesome time had by the entire family

Our youngest was sad to leave and told us he is planning to move to New York and live there someday. We loved the house and it was perfect in size and space for us. We enjoyed grilling for dinner. Everyone has their own bed and the location for groceries was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

Convenient Location

Very nice property. Good communication with property owners. This location was extremely convenient for us as we were working a trade show on the fairgrounds. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Everything you need in a rental!

This home is well appointed and has all you need. It is spacious with several different areas where you can hang out. The location is great too! Hosts are very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this property!
