Large updated house in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Beautiful large deck with grill and outdoor dining. 3 bedrooms/1 full bath. Half bath on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic needs. Desk with fireplace in the den. Driveway fits 2 with ample on street parking for addition vehicles. Tennis courts directly across the street and playground for the kids two blocks away. Track to run on just around the block. 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo and 20 minutes to Airport.

Great house, great location.

The house was neat and clean, with lots of space to chill out. We especially loved sitting on the back deck and playing games we bought, in the yard. The house is located on a quiet street and close to anything you need. We’d definitely stay here again.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the home- entered to a wet dog smell, spiderwebs and bugs in corners, and my children all got black feet walking barefoot.

Perfect spot in Hamburg

This is our 3rd time staying here and each time we've had a perfect trip. The house is simple but everything you need for a stay. The communication, check-in process, and house itself are perfect for a stay in the village. Would recommend staying here for anyone that wants an easy and simple stay with quick access to all the amenities you need.

Snow globe ❄️🥶

We have kids/grandkids in Hamburg. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this home! First of all spotless! Also everything we needed without the clutter. Hannah was wonderful to communicate with and Zach thanks for blowing the snow! We had a BLAST….even though our 49ers lost🙃

Last minute

We needed accommodations for family coming into town unexpectedly. Owners were very accommodating alliwing us to get into the home the same day that reservations were made and were available for any questions we had. I would recommend this property to amyone needing a place to stay in the Hamburg area.

A Pleasant Experience

Overall, the property and rooms suited our needs comfortably. The space was clean and well-apportioned. Everything was exactly as listed and the owners were easy to communicate with. Location was excellent. We would happily stay there again. Note for others considering the rental: only one of the bedrooms has closet space for hanging clothes and the bedroom with loft pictured has no clothes drawers either; not a big deal for our family though.

Great stay in your cozy and clean home!

Beautiful and well-maintained home in the heart of the village. My wife and 15 month old traveled home to Buffalo for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our stay. The owners were responsive and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, and the half bath on the first floor was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Awesome time had by the entire family

Our youngest was sad to leave and told us he is planning to move to New York and live there someday. We loved the house and it was perfect in size and space for us. We enjoyed grilling for dinner. Everyone has their own bed and the location for groceries was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

Convenient Location

Very nice property. Good communication with property owners. This location was extremely convenient for us as we were working a trade show on the fairgrounds. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Everything you need in a rental!

This home is well appointed and has all you need. It is spacious with several different areas where you can hang out. The location is great too! Hosts are very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this property!
