WATERFRONT CANAL HOME. Less then1 mile to the beach.
Fully remodeled 2 bedrooms, two bath with garage and screened lanai with grill.
Master bedroom with King bed, second bedroom with Queen bed. Both has smart tv's.
65 inch smart TV in living room. Have fun with the whole family fishing, kayaking/ canoeing, paddle boarding from dock or rent a boat just down the canal.
Things to do:
One mile from the famous white sandy Barefoot Beach.
Close to everything, beaches, shopping, fabulous restaurants within walking distance, even a mini golf course only a few blocks away (public golf 10 min).
Use of kayaks shared with side unit Don't forget your fishing pole to fish off the boat dock.
10-minute drive to Lovers Key State Park for hiking, beach, and Kayak rentals. Watersport and boat rentals, fishing charters at Master Bait and tackle. Just pack your suit and come enjoy the sun!
The mother-in-law unit is a separate vacation rental. We also rent out the boat slips, if interested please contact us for additional costs.

The location of the house was perfect. My son had fun fishing and kayaking. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean. I wish we could have gotten in earlier because our flight landed at 8:30AM, but I was not getting a response from Ken, so we waited til 4:00. The ice maker was not working, but Ken came the next day to look at it with a bag of ice! Overall it was a great vacation and we would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was newly remodeled and VERY clean, it had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the noise level from Bonita Beach road other than that the location and property were great!

Quiet Property Close to the Beach

We very much enjoyed our week long stay in this property. The property is modern, well maintained and was very clean for our arrival. The property is very quiet and located close to the beach (7 minute bike ride) as well as some good restaurants.

This was a great place to stay, owner contacted me in advance to ensure smooth check-in. I was able to use the dock and had a fantastic stay. Great location right down from beach. Would recommend!

The dishwasher and ice maker did not work. There were NO instructions for ANYTHING and NO RESPONSE from the owner about these. The kitchen had 3 dinner plates and one SMALL fry pan (besides large pots); no dish towels.We had company so we bought these things. There was a terrible smoke smell in the garage (a very, very small note on the living room table said "No Smoking". Could not find the washer/dryer as it was attached to the back of the house (NO instructions). The 2nd bedroom TV did not turn off (NO instructions).

Private setting on canal. Saw a manatee and some other large water creatures from the dock! Walking distance to several great eats and beaches.

Relaxing week!

Centrally located, very clean(looked like we were the first to stay there). Overall a wonderful week of rest. We had a small problem finding the place, when we called the owner answered and helped us. We would try to book the same place, if we return to that area.

Clean and newly remodeled

Clean and remodeled since the hurricane. It's a smaller unit but be fully aware there is an adjacent 1 bdrm and the walls are thin.

After the flooding of hurricane Irma in 2022 we did a full renovation of this property. We were required to have a 20 minute fire wall between the units with cellulose fire and sound insulation that was inspected by the county.

Great location, easy access to beach and shopping. Clean, beautifully furnished. Needs more cooking pans, only one skillet. Would have loved to use the kayaks but no ramp or advice on how to get them in and out of the water. Some instructions on what the owner would like done before check out would have been helpful. All in all, a great stay!

The property in brand new. If you like fishing this is your paradise. You just walk outside and you're at your favorite fishing spot. House is perfect for a family with everything that you need. Enclosed terrace is the ideal place for breakfast and dinner. Ken, the property owner, is very responsive and a very nice guy. He gave as a lot of tips about local activities and restaurants.

Perfect getaway

This place is exactly as advertised. All of the pictures are accurate. Check in and out was easy. We used the kayak once but I don’t know if you could use it during low tide, it would be very difficult to get in and out at that time. The propane grill was ready to use with a full tank of propane. The furniture was mostly comfortable. The bed was firm but comfortable and the sheets were amazing. The couch and living room chairs were comfortable. The only issue was with the kitchen chairs, the design isn’t really great, my father sat in it and sank all the way to the floor. The owner had almost everything you needed, both a regular coffee pot and a kurieg, toaster, blender, etc. the only thing we couldn’t find in the kitchen was a colander. Also there were beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, fishing poles, etc. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and bait shops. We love this place and can’t wait to stay here again in the future!
