Ocean Dunes est un lieu de vacances idéal toute l'année pour les familles et est notre destination la plus populaire. Ocean Dunes est également proche de la NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher Civil War Museum, et environ un mile de la jetée de pêche Kure Beach.

Profitez de votre séjour dans ce charmant 3 chambres et 2 salle de bain en bord de mer condo qui dort 8. Cette première propriété chaussée en bord de mer offre une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. fin unité de bord de mer avec une vue fantastique et passerelle adjacente. 4 TV / DVD, sans fil haute vitesse, cuisine bien équipée et un mobilier confortable.

Great family vacation!

Our family loves this beach, very laid back and safe for our teenagers to hang out and walk to the peer with no worries. The condo was located right on the beach and had easy access to the beach, we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great! You can't get any closer to the water, and with this being an end unit, the boardwalk to the beach was right next to us- you're down to the beach in seconds. The unit was clean, but the kitchen is understocked - not a lot of large serving platters or bowls, limited on kitchen utensils, toaster was not working and television in living room and master bedroom was not working, which was no big deal as we weren't in the unit all that much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Ocean’s Dunes countless times but Bryant is hands down the best realities we’ve worked with! Yerby was the best set up for us and our kids and in the perfect location to access the beach, outdoor pool AND indoor pool! The deck chairs allowed us to sit and see the ocean with looking through the bars of the railing.Only suggestions we had - Guest queen mattress does need replaced, and one of the deck chairs is in need of repair.Otherwise, I can’t wait to be back in Summer of ‘24 (summer of 23 is with my in-laws and this is a Miller family tradition ❤️)

Nice location, accommodations leave something to be desired,

The location of the property was nice, right on the beach, easy to get to. The property itself was fair at best. The beds in each room were awful, folded like a taco as soon as you lied down. The refrigerator would not get cold. The property management said give it a day and see if stabilizes - it didn't. They offered us a cooler of ice, the spare unit was not available (?!) The furniture is dated and the unit looks like it could you a good cleaning and a new coat of paint at a minimum. To top it off, I received an email and voice message the following week after the stay that bed bugs were found in the unit and wanted us to be aware! Fortunately, we didn't bring any home with us! I'm not sure where the fault lies - the owners, the management company or both. I will definitely stay in the Kure Beach area again, but this property will not be on my list to stay.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: Location (Directly on the beach!)Areas of Improvement: While the description says linens will be provided, we did not expect to make up our own beds upon arrival. Also, you will want to bring ALL the basics and some to make your stay comfortable. For example, if planning on bringing anything with you that will result in trash, you will want to bring trash bags as only one trash bag was provided in the main trash can. Also, no dish soap is provided and only 1 dishwasher tablet provided. Also bring own laundry detergent, as there is no detergent at all provided in the property. All in all, if had known the extent of packing of basic essentials that would need to be done to stay in this property (used to staying in vacation rentals that are very accommodating), we may have resorted to looking into a different property. However, can't deny that the location is perfect!

Reviewer Comments: 2nd year staying at this location and will be back - we like the quiet of this area and easy access to the beach - Unit needs some small updates but it fit our needs - had one issue with the main sliding door and maintenance came out very quick to see if this could be fixed - door was almost impossible to open - was not fixed during our stay so we used the bedroom doors which was a bit of an inconvenience but we made do - overall, great time with my family for relaxation and reflection of a busy year -

Spacious floor plan, open concept allowing families to bond together in the living, dining, and kitchen, and the location! Fort Fisher, the aquarium with the all new otter exhibit, and the ferry to beautiful historic Southport is only about a 2 to 3 minute drive from this condo. Thank you for alerting us about the slider door in the living room. We have investigated the issue and have determined that the slider door rollers need to be replaced. The owners are currently in the process of fixing this issue. We're happy to see that this not hender your beach retreat! The slider doors in the master bedroom lead out to the same ocean front deck that the sliders in the living room do. Thank you for allowing Yerby to host your beach vacation! Pros: awesome location (oceanfront), plenty of seating in den, main floor unit (not as many stairs), clean pools. Cons: matresses are very hard (seem cheap); sliding doors almost impossible to open. My 80yr old Dad had a very hard time. NO ICE MAKER in freezor! In the year 2021, I expect to have an ice maker!! Thank you for the opportunity to stay :)

Quiet Place, Good Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the facilities, though the pool closed every afternoon and eventually for good due to coronavirus concerns. The beach views were great and the beach was not crowded at all. This unit was on the first floor with another unit above it. No one was there during our stay, but if there had been someone there our deck roof would have been their floor, and we would have received anything they spilled onto our table and chairs.There were a few things that didn't work when we got there on Saturday - smoke detector missing was replaced on Saturday, ceiling fan inoperable replaced Wednesday, hall light burned out and master shower door loose repaired Wednesday. The master bedroom sliding door is permanently closed, so it is just a really big window.Internet service was VERY slow. Do not count on doing any work from here, but it was enough to stream TV to one device at a time most of the time.We encountered two giant roaches in the front two bedrooms, and found one more in a backpack (from the front bedroom) when we arrived back home. Pest control visited on Monday but did not seem to stop these.Check-in and check-out was super easy, but not in person. The management company was very responsive when we contacted them and dealt with issues right away.Kure Beach is a really good vacation spot. This unit is almost at the end of the beach next to Fort Fisher (we could walk there) and so there was not much foot traffic or road traffic to deal with except when driving up to restaurants in Carolina Beach or Wilmington.

Nice Oceanfront Location

We really enjoyed our oceanfront condo! We loved that the condo was on the end so we were right next to the beach access-very convenient! We were located about a mile from the pier, which made for a nice walk. We also loved that we were very close to the rocks which were fun to explore at low tide. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some of the electrical outlets only operated in one port and indicated a possible electrical short. Needs to be checked out for safety purposes for all concerned.

This location is perfect ! The only complaint I can think of is the beds need a serious upgrade

It’s was a wonderful vacation with the perfect location. The condo is a bit outdated and the beds aren’t comfy at all but overall I would come back again for sure !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was great. Nice location and unit was clean. A few opportunities to bite: construction being done right beside unit, making parking difficult. The outdoor pool was not cleaned during our stay. The remote to the living room TV was broken on arrival and never replaced. No TV to watch. Technology old and needs upgrades to pair with current devices. Bringing sheets and towels was a pain. I’d go for the rental next time.

Donna thank you for your feedback. We would have been glad to come and bring a remote for the TV if you had contacted us, our maintenance tech went down after you reported this on check out to find that the remotes did work it was missing one for the TV that controls Netflixs and other functions for smart TV's. We do advertise on all our properties that linens are only included on stays 5 nights to 21 nights, but you are welcome to rent them for shorter stays or bring your own. We are glad to hear that you had a nice time and we hope to see you next year.

The response was super quick and we were back in business in no time. I would definitely go back. Our only problem was having to leave.

Even on the raining days we were so close to the ocean we felt like we were still on the beach. The condo was clean. We did some light cooking so we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would recommend to a friend.
