Son avant 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain en duplex est parfait pour un couple ou une famille avec de jeunes enfants! Cette unité inférieure en face de Banks Channel offre une superbe vue sonore! L'accès à la plage est à proximité. Promenez-vous au bord de l’eau et déjeunez ou dînez au restaurant Oceanic. Crystal Pier est de retour aux affaires, alors apportez votre matériel de pêche!

La cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / salon ouvre sur le porche couvert. Profitez de la vue et de la brise tout en vous balançant! Cage d'escalier partagée.

This is a lovely 2-bedroom sweet space with a cozy sitting area. Super comfortable, and amazing sunset views over Banks channel. The neighborhood is charming, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. Also a five minute walk to Oceanic Restaurant/pier with beautiful ocean views & Sundays coffee shop - we loved both places. Definitely would stay here again and give it a 10/10.

great location

We were here for a family wedding. It was a great location for all the different activities. We enjoyed the view of the bay from our balcony and we were in walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean. Everything in the description was accurate except there was no iron which we really needed.

The Dalton

We had a fabulous stay at our rental. The place was absolutely fantastic! The only thing was the fan for the AC ran continuously and they didn't get the part until after we left. Otherwise we loved it there!!

That was reported by the housekeeping and inspecting staff but sometimes during peak season when we are flipping 150 homes in a day, work orders like that are pushed down the priority scale over more emergent issues - it was reattached after your stay though! The Dalton home is a cozy home and you can't beat the channel views! We hope to see you back on Wrightsville Beach again soon.

This property is located on Waynick Blvd, which is a main road on the island, so it can be quite busy. We do have many other properties located in quieter locations. It could have been a $20,000 repair bill, but they earned their keep!

The bedrooms are spacious. Loved the beautiful sunset views over the sound. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommend for 3-4 people. Only negative is parking area is tight.

Nice with drawbacks

Nice place, good location, clean, nice views. Check-in is cumbersome (you'll have to go to the office to get a key) and you'll be responsible for putting your own sheets on the bed and doing the dishes/putting everything away at the end of the stay - this isn't an AirBnB. Also, the driveway can't fit two SUVs, so if you plan to bring two, know you'll be responsible for paid street parking.

Hey Josh, thanks for your review and feedback. Many property management companies advertise listings on VRBO to reach a wider variety of renters and we certainly try to make check in/out as painless as possible. While most of our properties are keyless, this particular unit requires a key which is not uncommon for rental properties, and packets can be picked up outside at your convenience in the lockbox for contactless check in. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we changed our procedures slightly to better accommodate our guests' safety which is why linens are wrapped in plastic and left on the beds to keep them sanitized for your benefit. We hope you can appreciate the many steps we are taking to ensure our guest's are safe during these times. The garage may be utilized to allow for room for the second vehicle as stated in the listing. Thank you for your business and we hope to see you back in Wrightsville soon.

A beautiful view overlooking the water!

Evenings spent on the porch overlooking he water are the best.Would suggest the owner replace the old/odd dishes, pots and pans and appliances in the kitchen. A spruce up of the place would go a long way.
