Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 Favorite things about condo:1) Size and cleanliness. It was very comfortable for my family of 4. The space is even nicer in person. Everything was clean and welcoming. We did not want to leave.2) Location. Located across the street from the community circle, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night listening to the live acoustic music playing and people watching. Not too loud and not too quiet.3) Cinnamon Shore community in general. We loved the restaurants, pools and access to the beach.3 things that could be better.1) Beach/pool towels. There were none. We were not expecting this and found it to be quite a shock. I understand that they tend to disappear, but I would have been willing to pay a (refundable) towel deposit knowing I'd be charged if they were not returned. 2) While we loved the provided toiletries and kitchen essentials, we needed went through the provided dish soap in the first day. It would have been nice to have more provided. 3) Parking. It is not that convenient to the unit. We were told we had 2 spots, but the 2nd spot was occupied by someone else's golf cart so we never got to use it. Thankfully, this was not an issue for us, but it would have been very frustrating as there are not a lot of parking options.

The toiletries were a very nice touch. Only downside was poor water pressure in the shower and someone kept parking in our spot.

Safe, clean, well maintained. It was active with people but not crowded or overrun. The pools were so nice and cool. Lots of shade everywhere. Enough restaurants and activity in the main town square to keep everyone happy.

Cute rental needing minor improvements!

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very nice stay to the point that we extended our trip with our baby and two small dogs. There are a few things that would have made our B experience an A+ which I think would be easy improvements. #1 - black out shades in the bunk room. We gave our baby the other room due the black out shades and were woken up early by how bright the room was. #2 BEACH TOWELS. We were shocked there were none and spent A LOT of money in the gift shop to buy some. Every other rental we’ve been in at cinnamon shore has towels. #3 fix appliances. This is part of being a rental I’m sure but the washer and dryer weren’t functioning properly and with a week stay at the beach, you need to wash your wet items. *We had some other small hiccups (like dirty floors when we arrived) but this seems like a very unusual occurrence.*Outside of the recommendations, this was a very cute spot in a great location. The windows and walls are very well insulated so even when live music is going on outside, you cannot hear it. Watching the entertainment from the patio was a definite perk. The place was decorated very nicely and we loved the beach vibes throughout the house. We would recommend for small families and vacationers alike. If we got confirmation that they fixed the 3 recommendations above, we would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Shore. The condo was nice, and the onsite pools and easy access to the beach were great.The biggest issue was that the washing machine in our unit was broken. We were not notified of this and noticed that it was clearly broken upon our arrival. This was frustrating because we only had a limited number of swimsuits, and the beach can be very messy. Communication with the Cinnamon Shore office wasn’t great. When we brought up the issue to them, they sent out some technicians but weren’t proactive when keeping us updated. Eventually, it was determined the unit was busted, and they didn’t know when it could be fixed. We were a little frustrated by this. The reason for paying a premium to stay at Cinnamon Shore is the home-like conveniences, like a washing machine.We asked for some type of refund/discount on the room and were told multiple times that a Manager would contact us about this (which they never did).Otherwise, the trip was fine. But we ended up spending a lot of time and energy on this issue, which was disappointing. This is a lovely unit, as long as everything is working.

Lots of seating for all, comfortable beds, and a great view of Terry's Place just made it that much better. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching/listening to the live music on Saturday night. This was our second time in this condo. I highly, highly recommend it!

If you have a family and have to haul a lot of stuff, grab a golf cart, but for just the two of us, loved the short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back. Customer service was 5-star. Loved it!!
