This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
Pets not permitted on furniture, must be cleaned up after and remain leashed when on the grounds. $75/pet for stays 14 nights or less, price varies for longer term stays. Max 2 pets.
Early arrivals & late departures are offered when available, fees apply and permission must be granted.
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for stays 4+ nights, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
No smoking, parties or events permitted.
Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit. Exceptions may apply depending on time period of long term stay.
