Casa Nova - Clean & Central for Family & Friends

Our Casa Nova (means “New Home” in Portuguese) is the perfect spot to gather with your people! Recently renovated, open floor layout with plenty of seating! My name is Kelia, and us Brazilians are known for our hospitality, so you will feel happy and at ease by choosing our home. Brazil is known for the color of its stunning beaches, rainforests, and diverse cities. You will see touches reflecting these things in the tasteful pops of color in our throw pillows, art, and carefully chosen decor.
The space
MAIN FLOOR

We welcome you into our cheery living room with a comfortable large sofa sectional that opens into our large dining room. Our table that seats 10 is perfect for gathering to share a meal or play a provided board game.

The kitchen is outstanding, open, and central to the house. It is perfect for sharing the gift of cooking together. If ordering in is more your style, there is plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. It is fully equipped, has a ton of counter space, and is connected with the living room, dining room, and hallway.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in each. A pack-and-play is provided for little ones, and a fun reading nook/cozy corner in case you have someone in your group who wants a cozy quiet space.

BASEMENT

The basement has additional living areas and is spacious and perfect for hanging out and playing video games in. There is an additional queen bed downstairs, and 2 couches that fold flat and become beds. If you have little ones, we have a small play space just their size!

We will quickly answer your questions and provide all you expect from looking at our listing and booking with us. Unlike many homes listed, what you see in the photos is what you will experience when you get here. You have our word on that!
