New spacious 3br Townhouse located in Southwest Lincoln with Fenced in Back yard

Welcome to this New townhome located in Southwest Lincoln. You will find a fully furnished home with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. It also has a fully fenced in backyard including a gas grill and patio table set. This offers you and your pets privacy.
In addition to the large open kitchen, dining and living room - it has 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs that will let you recharge for the next day. The master bedroom has a king bed with an awesome memory foam bed, a large walk in closet and double vanity master bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms include queen beds with the same memory foam mattresses and walk in closets. There is also a full bathroom with tub / shower combination.
We also provide a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience if needed.
We provide you with free WiFi and Spectrum cable. The smart TV's will allow you to access your own favorite accounts from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and YouTube TV.

This home was perfect for our needs. It was blocks away from the Lincoln bypass which allowed us to access the downtown areas as well as family on the southeast side of town easily.My son's dog enjoyed the spacious backyard and we enjoyed the spacious living arrangements. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. My son was able to work remotely at the kitchen table, which was a big bonus. The kitchen and bathrooms supplied all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

They were so accommodating for us when we were road tripping through due to moving with our animals. We were so appreciative to them. The house is in a great neighborhood. And the house was clean and very comfortable. We slept great!

Beautiful, clean and comfy!

Grandparents had 2 kids n a 3-year-old grandson. King bed n 2 queens. Perfect! We were attending a kind of family reunion in south Lincoln. Convenient and quiet location, easy to reach to and from all the events. There were games n puzzles enjoyed by all in the living area. The kitchen and every room had anything a traveler might need away from home. We mostly stayed inside the home bc it was extra hot outside and perfect inside! Thank you!!

Great place to stay

This was a great property to stay at. We had a very positive experience for our first VRBO rental. The property was clean, and we had everything we needed. It was in a safe neighborhood. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Long term stay

We had an unexpected life event happen to a family member where we suddenly needed a place for a long term stay. Jerel was very accommodating to our requests. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house was new and very clean. We felt comfortable in the house and very safe in the neighborhood.

PERFECT.

Visiting our adult daughter who lives in Lincoln for Christmas weekend. Property is located in a new development and was in perfect order. Owner had put a lot of time and thought into the appearance, appliances and furniture. Felt like home.

Wonderful townhouse rental in south Lincoln

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks so I could spend extended time with my family over Christmas. The house was so lovely. It was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets - air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc. The property is pet friendly and the completely fenced backyard was so wonderful for my dog.Because the property was so great, I didn't need to interact with the hosts much. When I did, they were quick to respond and were very helpful. The neighborhood was great. Very clean and safe. There's a nice, large gas station at the edge of the neighborhood that was very convenient.I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone, and will definitely look them up for my next trip to Lincoln.

This home was amazing! Very clean! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and it was the perfect space! The owners were so easy to work with…we would definitely book with them again!

Newer property. Close to where we wanted to be and definitely easy access. Parking is a little tight as it is a Townhome neighborhood, but all is good inside the house.

Perfect VRBO

We stayed at this location for a family member's wedding at Roca Ridge. This has to be the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The beds were perfect with super comfy bedding. Everything was fantastic! Thank you!

Lincoln Condo

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you would ever need. I enjoyed the neighborhood location because it is quite easy to get to downtown via Hwy 77 or over to South Lincoln for some shopping. Thank you Jerel for a quiet stay!
