Stay in the coveted and historic Old North End Neighborhood! You will have a private room/full bathroom with a separate entrance that locks off from the rest of Casa Verde, a 100 year old renovated bungalow. The room includes a private hot tub, ample free street parking, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker.

Located 1 mile north of downtown, walk to Colorado College, Monument Valley Trail, & the neighborhood cafe. 10 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and USAFA gate.

The space:
Cozy, private, one bedroom/one bath space with its own entrance. Consider the space similar to a hotel room, however it's located in a charming historic neighborhood. Your room is attached to our home and separated by a wall so there is no shared indoor space.

Guest access:
Access to the private 1bed/1 bath unit, front garden, front patio, and private hot tub area.

During your stay:
You will have your private space throughout your stay. We are available to help if any issues arise.

Other things to note:
Pets live on the property. We have a dog (golden retriever) and a cat (flamepoint) that occasionally run into guests during their stay. Both are friendly and love saying hello.
