RENTAL RULES
[Revise as applicable for your property]
1. Smoking is NOT allowed
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed
7. Parking: PARKING â Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
10. [Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.] [Fireplaces are turned off from _____________; they are not operational during this time of the year.]
11. [Water and Septic: The [cabin/property] is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to _____________.]
12. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

We had the bestest time! The room was perfect and right next to the lake with a walking path and playground. The heater in the room worked so well, felt cozy and safe my entire stay. Close to everything and the activities for the quest was sooo funn. Absolutely will be back for every season.
Stayed before, during and after christmas. Loved the location, equipped with everything you need. Rec. Room for kids/family an a drive away from other activities. Only downside there was no snow and the water in the unit didnt stay hot long for everyone to get a shower but we made it work wont stop us from coming back. Scott was prompt in dealing with our checkin hiccup but overall nice place. Definitely recommend.
Great place, right on the lake. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's close to the village area and tubing/recreation areas. The room is quite comfortable with a full kitchen, cozy fireplace and a number of convenient amenities (heated pool, dvd rentals, etc.). Scott responded quickly to my booking request. I hope we can come back again sometime!
Spacious one bedroom condo in a quiet location on the lake
We were very happy with our stay at Scott's condo in Lagonita Lodge. The value is amazing for a one bedroom condo when you compare higher prices to hotels in the area. There was a good size living room with pull out sofa, eating area and a kitchen with all the necessities. Great Bathroom with constant hot water for showers, and a comfy queen size bedroom. The place was very clean with trash being emptied each day by housekeeping.
Scott was very responsive to emails and was very helpful with questions. It couldnt have gone smoother. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Check in was fast and easy.
A great location right next to the Lake and just a few minutes drive from the main town with all the restaurants. You could definitely walk into town, but with 2 young kids we decided it was a bad idea as we would probably have to carry them back!
I will definitely be back here for my next trip to Big Bear with the family or friends. You would be pressed to find a better deal for your money in Big Bear.

This rental was perfect for my family of 4! My kids loved the pool and game room and the view of the lake from this unit was the best. Loved how close to town this rental was and so close to the tubing areas also. Listing location accurate but did not realize the unit had the best view of the lake, we were very happy to have an amazing view from the living room.
