THis place is perfect for a small group of people to enjoy the quiet and silence of the wilderness!!!! Everything inside was very neat and clean and was a perfect stay with my girlfriend and I. Will definitely stay or recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Very comfortable home. Great location for our attending the Little Roy and Lizzie BlueGrass Festival. Not a lot of restaurant options so might be best to bring some meals with you.
Very comfortable and clean. If you looking for a quiet place near the lake this is the place. Fishing partner and I really had an enjoyable stay. Thank you
House was clean and instructions were clear, got an early check in as well, communication was great. Perfect location to the state park. Gorgeous home.
Great place near the Governors School for Agriculture
We stayed here for an event to be close to my childâs school. Great location. Very clean and very well stocked . Host was so easy to work with and itâs a very cute place with great outdoor space. Would stay here again and recommend to other parents of the Governors school
House is easy living, well stocked, newer, very clean, located in Georgia's Elijah Clark State Park on Strom Thurmond Lake. South Carolina is just across the bridge. Viewed deer, fox, squirrel, birds, and fireflies.
This home is very well kept and in a relaxing area for some quiet time. The owner was very responsive and nice. The home finishes are high quality and this is a home I would own myself!
Property is perfectly located for travelers desiring peace and quiet. I enjoyed listening to the rain, birdwatching, and seeing deer peak out of the woods and look back at me. I liked having a furnished front and back porch. It gave opportunity to converse with others or choose solitude. The stay was wonderful and comfortable.
Fantastic stay until we lost power during a strong storm. Attempted to contact host (early in the am) with allpossible avenues to get any info we may have needed (do we need to flip a switch somewhere, does the well pump need to be turned off) and did not hear from them until we decided to check out a day early (because we had no water) and we were well on our way home (later in early afternoon). If we had been told what the power protocol was for the property, we could have possibly stayed and notlost one night/money of our reservation
Needs more attention to detail. Examples the screened in porch was not useable it was really a storage area. That was disappointing. Needed more amenities grill brush, coffee, dishwasher was full of dishes etc..
