The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove. The first level of the main house offers a bonus den complete with a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the main house, connected by an elevated uncovered deck, is a separate guest house over the garage with one bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette.

For your comfort, this property is smoke-free and pet-free. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use. Although the pool is not temperature-controlled, it offers a refreshing retreat for guest enjoyment.
**Access to the beach is through the gate located next to the guest house. Public beach paths by 108 or 118 Ocean Blvd. are available as well.
