Craving easy access to the beach AND a calming, relaxing & private tropical oasis away from all the hustle & bustle? Welcome to Waterway Oasis! This gorgeous seaside home features an unbeatable backyard with private saltwater pool (which may be heated at certain times of the year for an additional fee), lush tropical landscaping, screened deck, side deck, putting green, play area, swing chairs and more! The interior of the home is equally charming with its central living room with vaulted ceilings & shiplap walls and spacious chef's kitchen with a 48" gas range, central island & gorgeous tiled backsplash. Each of the home's three bedrooms are located off of the central living room. In addition, each bedroom has access to an outdoor space with a private balcony off of the primary suite and the front porch off of the two guest bedrooms.



Located just across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway, three blocks from the beach and two blocks from the Isle of Palms Rec Center (where you can play pickleball, tennis, basketball, baseball & more), Waterway Oasis is centrally located to take advantage of the many amenities of the Isle of Palms community. The home is also conveniently located to enjoy the Isle of Palms marina, the island's grocery store and nearby restaurants.

Guests access Waterway Oasis through the front door on the front porch. Once you enter the door, you will find the entryway that leads to the central living room with vaulted ceilings & shiplap walls. The primary suite, queen bedroom, guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and kitchen are all located off of the central living room. You may access the front porch via the queen bedroom and guest bedroom, and you may access the private balcony overlooking the pool from the primary suite. The kitchen connects to the screened porch, which leads to the side deck. Follow the exterior staircase from the side deck down to the backyard, pool area & patio, putting green and fenced play area. A stacked washing machine & dryer are located in the primary suite. Please note guests may not access the tiny loft area or use the fireplace within the living room.



Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Loved our stay, the house was perfect. Quiet location, not a lot of traffic. It was easy to get around and close to everything you need. Beach was only a few blocks away. A lot of stuff to do at the house in warmer weather! The house was decorated very nicely and was super clean! Will be back!

Lovely home

A short break for some of the family. We were well informed in advance about the access, parking situation, and amenities. The house is very beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. The furnishings and the pool are inviting.

Cleanest and Most Well Appointed House I've Rented!

We rented this house for a weekend to go see DMB at Credit One Stadium and the house was awesome! The house is cute and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the linens and bath towels felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. The pool is great and the location is also great, the beach and shops were an easy walk.

Gr8 Place in Isle of Palms

Great whole house with private pool that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed and very clean and close enough to downtown, beach and tourist attractions to feel away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the beach, plantations and great places to eat. The home is located in a quit, cozy neighborhood. The owners provided clear and precise instructions and reached out to ensure our stay was going well. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Charleston and it's amazing charm.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at this home in Isle of Palms. The place had so much to do, we didn’t leave the property that much! Had an issue with the pool heater and not only didn’t techs come out twice, they removed the charges for the trouble. Wish it could fit more people or we’d bring another family with! A all around.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I had an amazing stay at 2502 Waterway Ave, Isles of Palms, SC! I couldn’t stop raving about the heated pool—perfect for relaxing any time of day. One of my favorite features was the enclosed patio space, where we enjoyed a delicious crab boil feast while watching TV and dining outdoors in total comfort. The furnishings were beautiful and thoughtfully chosen, making the whole home feel warm and inviting. I also appreciated the lush landscaping and serene outdoor spaces, with so many peaceful spots to sit, unwind, and take in the beauty of nature. A truly unforgettable stay—highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved this home and it was perfect for our family vacation. Every room was beautifully decorated, updated, clean and the beds were so comfortable. We especially loved the very large screened-in porch, the gourmet kitchen, the large family room and updated baths. It seems the owners have thought of every detail to make this a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It meant so much that when I had questions, their response time was immediate and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future. The location was perfect for sightseeing and dining in Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and a quick 25 min. drive to Charleston. So much to see and do and the ideal comforts to come home to each night!

Waterway Oasis

Very nice clean home with nice interior finishes. It was very well appointed inside and out with a screened in porch that includes comfortable furniture and lots of refrigerated storage for food and drinks. The pool is a nice size - again with nice furniture. There is a putting green and artificial turf in the back yard. The kitchen is great - even has a large wine cooler - all the cutlery/pots/pans etc that you could ask for. The hosts are very responsive and solve every issue immediately to our complete satisfaction. Close to the beach and to Charleston etc.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at 2502 Waterway Street! This home was the perfect setting for a peaceful and romantic escape. It was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The private pool was a highlight, and the quiet, walkable neighborhood made it feel like a true retreat. We also fell in love with the enchanting backyard play space—such a magical touch! I kept thinking how much our granddaughter would adore it, so we’re already planning to return with her next time. The beach was just a short four-block walk away, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. This home has the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and location. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home in Isle of Palms!

We spent such a relaxing family vacation at this lovely home in Isle of palms. Our kids were delighted with the house, screened patio, and the pool. There is an tv on the screened porch where we watched the US open every morning during coffee hour. Everything we needed was provided in the house, from beach towels to cleaning supplies. We love to cook together with our older kids and I brought a few things from home- it turns out there was no need. I found everything from measuring spoons and olive oil to seasonings, a heavy cast iron pan - you name it, it’s in the kitchen. The owners could not have been more accommodating. They had the house ready early on check-in day, and they seem to be very customer-service oriented. We would rent this house again for sure!
