You have found paradise! This 30-acre secluded property has plenty of space for 18 guests total. Tucked away in the woods, you'll have plenty of privacy while only being minutes away from town, marinas and local restaurants. Whether you want to be by the pool, hot tub, or watch the kids play in the fields-your will discover endless fun at our 6,800sq ft luxury lodge retreat. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, stargaze at night or relax by the fire. Nestled against the Ouachita National Forest, the woods and wildlife will entertain you. Deer, wild turkeys, and Bald Eagles are frequent visitors to our pond.

The property is close to town but you feel completely secluded in nature’s paradise. Roomy & quiet yet still conveniently located only minutes from shopping, restaurants, Oaklawn, Magic Springs, and all of the other wonderful things Hot Springs has to offer! Within minutes you can visit Garvan Gardens, or the historic downtown bathhouse row. This breathtaking part of town offers spa's, art galleries, historic land marks and more. Or take the family to visit Magic Springs Amusement Park & Crystal Falls Water Park. There is also Mid-America Science Museum, and much more. Don't forget to save time to play one or more of the many golf courses that are all just a quick drive away.

The home is equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, two grills, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The large open kitchen gets beautiful morning light to enjoy coffee by.

Luxuriously appointed bedrooms are all different from one another. Your every need has been anticipated so expect to have the most comfortable stay of your life. Your home away from home, everything is provided to make sure that your family and friends can relax and spend time bonding and making memories. The kitchen is fully stocked, just bring the food and beverages! Luxury linens cover the well-appointed beds. High tech HVAC systems will keep you cozy in the winter and cool during the summer. Everything comes ready to go for 18 people. From the bed linens, to the bath towels, to the cooking pots, pans, appliances, plates, mugs, silverware, to the pool towels, and outside seating on the main deck and around the pool. Sleeping Quarters:
Primary Suite on the main floor offers a beautiful king-sized log bed with a private patio and views of the gardens and pool. There are 2 comfortable recliners in the room to kick back and watch TV or read. The en-suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk in shower, 2 sink vanities, and a private WC.

On the same wing as the primary suite on main floor, you will find an additional 2 guest rooms. Perfect for families that wish to be close together-these bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with double sink vanities, a private WC, and a large walk-in shower. One bedroom features a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have large closets.

Head downstairs to find the bunkroom of your dreams! Crafted from reclaimed barn wood out of an 1850’s barn in Ohio, this bunkroom offers sleeping accommodation for 6. 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds are nestled into the back of the room. There is also ample hang out space and a dedicated workspace. A large TV, sofa, and oversized chair make this a very special place. There is a very large closet as well as a half bath and a very large full bathroom equipped with a double shower. This room has direct access to the garden through large French doors that lead onto a patio.

Head up the dramatic curved log staircase from the main level and you will discover 2 more bedrooms. One wing has 2 private bedrooms with beautiful views from every room.

The first bedroom has a king bed, seating area, gorgeous views and an en-suite bathroom. The other room at the end of the wing has a dedicated bathroom in the hallway. These 2 bedrooms have more breathtaking views of the property and forest, king size beds, and ultimate privacy.

The upstairs wings are separated by 2 large gathering areas that overlook the main living area.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

*** The doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras. ***
*** There are outdoor cats that live on the property. No need to worry as they are very friendly! ***
***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***
***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
