Scarsdale 2 bedroom Sanctuary

Summary:
Amazing single family home in a cute and quiet neighborhood. This house is right on the line between Scarsdale and Eastchester...it is a 3 minute drive to downtown Scarsdale and is a few minutes from Eastchester center. It is a great space for any type of stay, whether you're visiting family, here for work, or just need a getaway out of the city, this cute and comfy home will be a great space for you. It is super clean and has everything you need to cook a meal or have a Netflix & chill night.

The Space:
Enter through the front door to the living room. Living room has a comfy pullout couch and a 60" TV, with some additional seating. Walk through the living room to the dining room with seating for six. It also provides access to the kitchen and half bathroom. Downstairs you'll find extra storage, extra sleeping options and the laundry and garage. On the 2nd floor, you'll find two bedrooms with a full bathroom. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning, or enjoy the quietness of the evening.

Guest Access:
We'll provide a code so you can come and go as you please. You'll also have access to the garage so you can put the car away, out of the weather.

Getting Around:
It is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Scarsdale and the Scarsdale train station. It is also a 10 minute walk to CVS and a few other stores in Eastchester. While driving/uber is the best way to get around, you could also bike, take the bus or even a scooter!

Other Things to Note:
This is a quiet neighborhood and we would like to respect that. no parties, no events, no gatherings, no guests. This is strictly a quiet space to get away and should not be used as anything else.

We are here to help you if you need anything, but for the most part we'll stay out of the way so you can enjoy your stay!
