*We have security cameras throughout the properties exterior. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There is a camera on the front left side of the house near the backyard entry gate. The last camera is in the backyard on the corner of the studio entrance, overlooking the entire backyard and house. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

>> Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.
>> Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
>> Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.

>> If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
>> If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
