Grand cadeau de mariage / anniversaire!

Le pavillon de plage tropicale de Duncan est unique en son genre dans le sud-ouest de la Floride. Parfait pour une lune de miel, un anniversaire ou une escapade romantique. Intimité totale ... Vêtements En option ... Le "Bungalow" a la sensation des îles avec ses sols en pin jaune massif et en carrelage mexicain, son mobilier haut de gamme de style antillais, ses volets de plantation en Floride, ses moulures dans toutes les pièces, sa cuisine gastronomique .. Même une douche extérieure adjacente à la salle de bain principale pour une douche unique sous les étoiles.

Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur une «jungle» littérale de palmiers (plus de 170) et de bananes, deux plages de sable fin bordant la piscine. Plongez vos pieds dans le sable, plongez dans la piscine chauffée solaire surdimensionnée ou faites une sieste dans le hamac. La végétation est si dense que vous pouvez vous immerger en toute intimité. Vous ne devineriez jamais que vous étiez entouré de civilisation.

Si vous êtes un fan de télévision ou de cinéma, le Bungalow propose plus de 50 films pour votre plus grand plaisir.
Ajoutez simplement du pop-corn fraîchement sauté. Le bungalow est équipé Wi-Fi; rester connecté tout en bronzant dans le hamac.
Nous accueillons les créatures à 4 pattes et la "jungle" est complètement clôturée pour qu'elles puissent courir librement. Nous vous demandons simplement de vous comporter en propriétaires d'animaux responsables ...

Situé dans l'historique boulevard McGregor. Le Tropical Beach Bungalow de Duncan, dans le district de Fort Myers, est idéalement situé, à environ 20-25 minutes des célèbres plages de Fort Myers et des îles Sanibel / Captiva. L'aéroport régional SW International est à 25 minutes.
Nous avons ouvert notre «paradis de retraite» aux invités en 2008. Une moitié de nos clients sont revenus deux et trois fois ... Un couple est récemment rentré pour la 4ème fois ... dit tout!

Nous sommes conscients que nos prix sont nettement inférieurs à ceux du marché pour des propriétés similaires (si vous en trouviez un) ... nous pensons également qu'une fois que vous expérimenterez notre style de vie, vous reviendrez!

A Lovely Property

A really enjoyable time! We had the privilege to meet Duncan personally, and thoroughly enjoyed his hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Shopping and restaurants are all convenient distances away.

We had beautiful weather to enjoy a very nice backyard and pool. There are good restaurants close to the house and the downtown with lots of good eating choices was a short drive away.

A+ stay!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Bungalow. The pool was lovely and private. Everything youd need in yhe kitchen is supplied. Owner is very nice and accommodating. The home is in a safe, clean neighborhood that is close to everything!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Paradise Found

This bungalow is a quiet - extremely clean - and an exceptionally private paradise getaway yet close to everything. The pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s adorable, comfortable, and they’ve thought of everything you will need. Oversized pool and comfy furniture and beds. Can’t wait to return!!

We had such a great week at “Duncan’s bungalow” it was exactly like on the pictures but backyard in person was like cherry on the cake beautiful very well thought thru. It was great to play in the sand with our little one then you have great pool it’s like you don’t even need to go to the beach :) Thank you Allen again Viktoria and Radovan

Love, love, love everything!

Hands down, this was the best vacation home I have ever stayed in. It has everything as promised in the description: it's a great safe, quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket and restaurants, very nicely decorated, comfy beds and it is clean! Plus it is fairly close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. However, the best part is the backyard with the pool. I could have just stayed in for the whole week as it basically is a perfect private beach. This was definitely one of the best vacations I ever had and we will definitely be back for more!

A nice couple's getaway!

We had a great time spending the week at the bungalow! The backyard is beautiful and very private. The pool is great and lots of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Even in the August heat, we spent a lot of time outside. The house is very comfortable. As hurricane Idalia formed in the gulf and moved north, Duncan and his daughter communicated with us, letting us know the hurricane's path and if we needed to be concerned or not. We felt very well taken care of, especially for those days as the hurricane formed and moved past the area (fortunately far to the west). Duncan is a great communicator, proactively reaching out and quickly answering all questions. We highly recommend the bungalow for a couple's getaway!

Better than the pictures

We are currently on our way home from a week at the bungalow. This was a fantastic vacation. The check in process was super easy and the place actually looks better than in the pictures. We had coffee each morning on the back porch under the ceiling fan. Had some great evenings out, thanks to Kathy’s recommendations. Be sure to check out Doc Fords and Shuckers for great water front dining. But the star of the show is the back yard and pool. That’s why you book this place. The two sets of chairs make sure you can get all the sun you want, or the covered patio furniture is a great place to nap outside when you need a reprieve. It is super private and extremely relaxing. The location is super close to anything you might need (we ended up running to Publix a few times) but the house really does have everything you might need.

Not as advertised.

We were very disappointed with the overall condition of the outside living space at this property. Owner needs to update listing with more current photos. Not at all how the photos depicted the pool area including outdoor furnishings that were not there for our stay. The exterior of the property and what furniture remains needs a good cleaning, or replaced. We were surprised that we were expected to use pool with an attached running pool vac including a lengthy hose for the duration of our stay. There was nothing mentioned in the property description nor booking info regarding that. As far as the interior of house everything iwas as described.

A piece of paradise

The property was exactly as advertised and the description matched in every way. The owner was very personable and we had found out that he grew up in our small Ontario town. We found the place to have everything that we could have possibly needed plus more. The home was very clean and in a very quite neighbourhood. The home was close to every amenity needed and thou we stayed in to eat there was a album of places that past guest had visited with feedback on each place. We had a great time and found it to be the best vacation spot we have been to thus far. Private back yard with heated pool, fully enclosed by palms and other shrubs. There was bikes to ride if you wanted to venture out. One floor open concept made it easy to get around in the bungalow. The bed and furnishing were very comfortable and suited the theme of the home. Laundry facilities, dishwasher, BBQ made things seem just like being at home. We were very comfortable and happy to have found this little piece of paradise. Overall we would recommend this place to any one that was interested in spending their vacation in Fort Myers Florida.

Wonderful bungalow!

My husband and I rented Ducan's Tropical Beach Bungalow for the week of 2/13/16 - 2/20/16 and enjoyed our time there immensely. Duncan has created a relaxing tropical paradise around the large pool, giving the whole yard the atmosphere of a beach resort...right down to lounge chairs in the sand. There's also a wonderful and comfortable shaded seating area for those who prefer to stay out of the sun. The backyard is entirely fenced in, which made our stay a great vacation for our two dogs, as well. There is so much tropical greenery surrounding the yard that the fence, itself, doesn't even show. The house is clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished....pictures don't do it justice. And, it's amazingly well-equipped! Duncan is a gracious host. He's very much available at anytime if you need him, but leaves his renters alone to enjoy the house as if it were their own. The neighborhood is quiet (nice for dog walking) while conveniently located close to everything. There's really no need to ever leave this house to feel as if you've truly escaped; however, when you do go out, the area is loaded with many excellent restaurants of all price ranges. Also, a visit to the Thomas Edison Estate and Museum (nearby) is a great way to spend an afternoon. We highly recommend this little slice of Heaven. Our only regret was that we couldn't have stayed longer.

Bungalow Paradise

This bungalow is exactly as advertised and the perfect place for a family vacation! Duncan was a pleasure to work with and the property has everything you need for your home away from home. The backyard is truly a tropical oasis with an amazing pool, sandy beaches, and covered seating areas. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home - centrally located

Beautiful home, nice, private backyard and pool area. Cabana is very nice touch. Great for couple for small family. Home is well furnished and taken care of. I was down to volunteer after Hurricane Ian so it was perfect for me. Would definitely stay again.

Not Paradise

It started bad right off the get go. Neighbors life on top of each other. Booming LOUD music started at 10am and got louder as the day goes. We’re forced inside before dark. Next two days were the same. Chickens on the other side. Allen was quick to try and help but the police came to the door. Next day music neighbors shot fireworks at us and the Raines down on us in the pool. We had reservations for two weeks but day three we left. Allen got us a refund but then accused us of destroying the house and claiming our dog saturated his carpet. He even threatened us that he would make sure we would never rent again anywhere. Don’t go here. It’s not Paradise at all. Worse vacation EVER!

Creating the 'Bungalow' has been a labor of love.My talented friend Hartmann did magic with the interior, 'green thumb' Annie supervised creating the 'Jungle'...over 150 palms, banana, and bamboo, two butterfly gardens. Daughter Kathy contributed the two Sand beaches poolside.
Everybody loves the Bungalow....I love my job as innkeeper and yard man...
