The listed price is for the unit with only one bedroom and includes access to a private beach and other amenities, the second bedroom can be made available upon request, and the rate will be adjusted accordingly. Planning to bring a boat? Dock access is available for an additional fee based on the length of the vessel. Enjoy a cozy retreat in paradise on gulf side of the Florida Keys where endless sunsets are cherished, Near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park "The Diving Capital of the World" offering snorkeling tours and beach area. Cottage is perfect for those seeking to relax and take in the island lifetime! Excellent restaurants and attractions nearby. Enjoy this Cozy manufactured home maintained in excellent condition! The property had only one previous owner who used it only three months out of the year! That is why it's original immaculate condition. Excellent location just three blocks from the boat ramp with Tiki Hut and Pier. Private Beach and secund boat ramp are on the other side of the Village only for renters and owners, we will provide our guests a magnetic card to have common areas access, As homeowners, we are responsible for any damage to the common areas, so we kindly ask that they be used with care and respect. Please note that a charge will be made to your security deposit if the access card is lost or stolen, or if there are any violations or damages. The property is just two blocks from the mall where you can enjoy supermarkets, restaurants, liquor store, Library. We have two security cameras in front of the Property.

Cozy cottage

Super host,very comfortable,clean,well equipped kitchen and the whole place was well equipped. Wonderful place to stay.

Peace & Serenity

Paradise was the perfect name for this property! It had such a lovely outdoor space and the owners were absolutely amazing! Everthing I needed was at the property. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again in the future.

Best vacations

My friend and I had a wonderful month at Sergio’s house. The place is very well kept and very clean. The outdoor furniture is where we sat the most. Near the beach and very nice sunset,including quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing

Very comfortable outside area to relaxe,reading,listen to music. Nice private beach for the village and look at the sunset. The owner responds very fast to our questions and is very polite. Second stay for my friend and I.
