Linger with friends in the chef's kitchen, featuring a commercial-grade range, abundant ovens, 3 refrigerators and 2 freezers, warming drawer, a massive granite island, butler's pantry, and vaulted ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and folding glass doors invite the peaceful courtyards in from almost every room. Private outdoor entertaining areas feature a gorgeous fountain.
The luxurious primary suite encompasses the entire third floor. The lower level features two more bedrooms and a large movie room for cozy nights at home. There is another VRBO studio on the property above the garage with its own entrance.
Just steps to multiple playgrounds, parks, delish dining and all the entertainment that Old Town provides. This meticulously maintained home is your private oasis of calm.
Parking is located on the street directly in front of the house.
There is another detached vrbo studio above the garage on the back of the property. It has a separate entrance and the guest will access it from the alley behind the house. They have a private deck and will not be using the back yard, patio areas for the main house.
