Guests Will have Access to the Entire Home and yard with the exception of the garage and the Owners Closet.

Arriving to the property is a breeze, as it's conveniently located just 23 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW) and 24 miles to Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).

Bolado Pkwy is located right off Del Prado a main road with easy access to everything. Property located towards the end off beautiful road with a center median lined with Trees makes for easy access and less traffic.

The BBQ Grill is available for your enjoyment. We ask that you clean the Grill and Please turn off gas after each use. Failure to Clean the Grill will result in an additional $50 Cleaning fee charged after Checkout.

We would like to Remind you that Parties or Events of any Kind are NOT allowed, and any Noise complaints will be Taken Seriously as we Respect our Neighbors.

There Will be an Additional Cleaning Fee if Cigarette butts are found around patio or yard area.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM

Only Guests on the Reservation are allowed to Stay in the Home per Insurance Regulations.

If you are traveling with an infant, we provide you with a pack and play, if you would like the pack and play Set up prior to your arrival, please let us know time of Booking.

This is a Step Free access, with 5 exterior Cameras for Property Preservation. These cameras are not monitored during your stay, there is one facing Pool for safety and security for All (not monitored, only there in case of emergency)

Parking on Driveway only, No parking on grass as we Have Sprinklers and are in a well kept Neighborhood.

We do charge a security deposit, accessed after the guest is forms are filled out, this is a non charge, only a hold to insure the quality of our property is preserved.

Failure to Follow the House rules, Could result in immediate removal and forfeit of Reservation and payment.

Excessive use, and or Damage that results in Extensive cleaning WILL result in an added Charge. The cleaning fee charged is for general house keeping only.

We have Exterior cameras for Safety and insurance liability-These are NOT monitored while you stay.

Please keep all doors and windows closed. A/C will not run properly if left open. If Patio Doors are left open and A/C freezes up, guest is responsible for service call and any necessary repairs incurred.
