We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about this beautiful home. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Being right on the water was so relaxing and just what we needed. We also visited wineries and waterfalls in the area - everything was absolutely stunning. The Crooked Lake Ice Cream Company had some of the best ice cream we've ever had.

What an amazing place. The house was beautiful and so well stocked with anything we would need. We were a family of 6 and the house was perfect. Enough space for us all. We had so much fun swimming and using the kayaks. We rented a boat with recommendation from Marci and it was so handy having such a great dock to tie up to. Four wonderful days exploring and boating! Thank you for allowing us to share this slice of heaven. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family - it was the perfect location for some quiet family bonding time on the lake! The house is gorgeous and was extremely well equipped, which we really appreciated. It had everything we needed - the game room was a great, we had fun playing darts and using the fishing rods, paddle board and kayaks! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, new and modern - our only complaint would be that the living room and outdoor furniture was not really comfortable, felt very rigid and poor quality which made for uncomfortable movie nights ... but the beds and bedding was quite comfortable and that was the most important. There are a lot of steps both inside and out - we enjoyed a little exercise but be warned if you have any physical limitations.

Thank you for the great review! Due to the size of the living spaces large overstuffed "comfy" furniture is not able to be used in those areas. The design called for items that would fit in the space without overtaking the rooms based on their size and functionality. Due to the amount of wind we receive at this location and not being able to trust people staying at the home with keeping outdoor cushions from blowing away, I have been unable to provide those for my guests for outdoors. The furniture has to also be a substantial weight to remain on the dock, heavy, rigid. I wish I could, provide those items, but sadly my experience has been that they end up in the lake more often than not. I'm glad the beds were comfortable for you all- Thank you again for the great review.

Booked this house to celebrate a girls weekend with my family for my mom's birthday. We were all beyond impressed with the house. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Inside and outside were stunning! I could move in and not change a thing! We loved the direct lake access as well as the kayaks that were available for use. We would love to come back again. Perfect house and location!

Beautiful New Property - Wow!

My family and I traveled to Keuka Lake for a family reunion and everyone raved and raved about the modern elegance of this property. My sister-in-law loved it so much she wants to book it the next time she goes to the lake. I have no complaints whatsoever about this visit and would love to visit again!!

Beautiful property on the lake

We loved our stay at this property. The house is breathtaking and manages to have a gorgeous, clean esthetic while being adorably charming at the same time. The house is decorated in welcoming neutrals wirh several decks and outside space. Marci has thought of all the little things to make a trip wonderful. We especially liked it for our age of children (12-19). The kids could take the lower level sleeping space, while my husband and I had the upstairs bedroom with en-suite bath (the only room located on the top floor.) A truly wonderful find!

Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO property, as it was better than advertised, and based on the advertisement, we were expecting a lot! Nevertheless, Marci and the property delivered. Our trip was cut short due to inclement weather causing a prolonged power outage. However, the owner was very proactive and helped to make the most of it and was very gracious in offering a refund for the unused portion of our stay. We will be back!

Gorgeous views from gorgeous home

We loved our stay at Naberly! The house is more lovely than the photos. It was perhaps the most relaxing home rental we have ever had. The farmhouse chic decor of black and white makes the fantastic views of Keuka Lake the focal point of every room except perhaps the bunk room. The bathrooms are spa-like and the laundry is state of the art. The kitchen has high-end GE cafe appliances that we enjoyed using and it is well stocked with everything needed to cook. Most restaurants were not open during most of our stay, so we brought food from home and found a great grocery in Hammondsport for additional ingredients. Master suite has remote blinds so you can open without leaving the comfortable modern 4 poster bed. We were fortunate that the temperature was summerlike much of our stay so we could eat outside many of the nights. There are many deck and dock choices and plenty of comfortable places to hang out. On the cool nights we enjoyed the gas fireplace insert in the living room. The home is very close to Dr. Konstantin Frank winery, probably the best in the Finger Lakes (highly recommend their 1886 tasting). This home would be great for a small family or two couples. The lower 2 bedroom level has its own bath and living space ideal for privacy. Marci is a wonderful host and left much appreciated welcome gifts. Very responsive for any questions. We can't wait to come back!
