Experience the best of Finger Lakes living at our spacious 4-bedroom retreat. Perfectly situated right on the water’s edge, this home offers the rare luxury of walk-in level lakefront access and a private dock. Whether you’re here for morning coffee on the deck or sunset swims, this is the ultimate Keuka Lake escape.

The Layout:
Our home is designed across three levels, connected by a charming interior spiral staircase and easy-access exterior stairs leading directly to the water.

The Upper Level (The Master Suite): A true sanctuary. This entire floor is dedicated to the Master Suite, featuring a King bed with sliding doors to private walk out balcony and a spacious private ensuite bath with a double vanity and a separate sitting area.

The Main Level (Living & Sleep):
* The View: Enter into an airy living area with massive picture windows that frame the lake like a painting. This level features a comfy pull-out sofa as an additional sleep option. There is a sitting area for 6 as well.

Bedroom 2: A private room with a Full bed located just off the living area with clothing storage/hangers as well.

The Hallway Wing:
Two additional bedrooms are tucked away for privacy. One features a Queen bed and TV; the other is a fun "bunk room" with a trundle (perfect for kids!). Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open directly to the back deck with lake views.

Convenience: A full bathroom with a washer and dryer is located on this floor.

The Lower Level (Eat & Play):
Descend the *spiral staircase* (or walk around from the outside decks/walkway) to the heart of the home. Here you’ll find our fully equipped kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook, and a dining area. The main dining table seats 8 with additional 4 seats at the breakfast nook. This level also features a game room and a half-bath with a shower for a quick rinse after a day in the lake.

Outdoor Living
The "lake life" happens here! Multiple levels of decking provide plenty of space to lounge or dine alfresco. Our private dock is perfect for sunbathing or launching your lake adventures, and the walk-in shoreline makes getting into the water easy for all ages.

There is a Strict No Smoking Policy

Smoking of ANY kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the house or on the deck.

Consequences of Violation:

If any evidence of smoking is found, including but not limited to:

Smoke odor: This includes lingering smoke smells in the house, furniture, curtains, or any other part of the property.
Ash or butts: Found inside or outside the property.
Burns: On furniture, carpets, or other surfaces.
The smell of smoke on clothing or belongings left by guests.
A $500 cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from the security deposit
