We live just down the road and work on the property in our spare time. We and our team handle the maintenance and management with as little interruption to guests as possible. Routine outdoor maintenance for the 40 acre property is typically scheduled after 10am for lawn, pond, hot tub, firewood, etc. Hot tub maintenance is communicated with guests in advance. .

We are in a rural location with plenty of space between neighbors. Even with space, sound can travel. We ask that you be considerate especially after 10pm. While the properties are set back from the road by over 300ft, you can still hear some light traffic noise from the front porch occasionally. These two properties are across the driveway from one another.

Evergreen Acres is set off from the road, with a long driveway leading to a large parking area that can easily fit 25+ cars.

We are 5 mins off I80/Tollway, between Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown, and Pittsburgh

The Retreat and The Barn together (Evergreen Acres) boast 40acres of something for everyone! 2 unique homes, The Barn embraces rustic charm with the allure of natural fun, and The Retreat brings an upscale resort-like feel with inviting adventures of its own. 9 Bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, Theater room, 2 rec rooms, a climbing wall, 2 firepits, a 12 person Swim Spa/Hot Tub, Outdoor movie projector/screen, Yoga/flex room, private swimming/kayak//fishing pond, sport court with Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball, a fenced-in yard for dogs, EV charger for 2 cars, and more. 2 large, fully stocked kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining, etc. etc. etc. The Retreat offers a somewhat accessible layout, with a first-floor bedroom and bathroom that may accommodate guests with mobility needs, but we can’t guarantee full accessibility. Rich and I live just down the road, and along with our team can be can be spotted on the property from time to time cutting firewood, etc. We will be your concierge, taking good care of your whole group. We are just a text away and will quickly handle any issues that arise during our stay.

Displayed rates on this website include up to 18 ppl. Add'l: $15/night, which is calculated based on the guest number you input into your inquiry. We include a damage waiver for each stay to cover possible damage up to $500

We love dogs! Pls let us know if you are traveling with your dog(s). Our pet fee is $150 FOR ONE DOG. ADDITIONAL DOGS ARE ADD'L FEES. PLS MESSAGE US FOR DETAILS.

Special gatherings and day guests allowed. You must discuss with us in advance regarding any hosting plans you have. Event fees may be applicable.
