I required accommodation while a family member was hospitalized. I traveled from North Carolina. Upon arriving in town, I proceeded to the apartment. At the entrance, there was an individual holding the door, observing me as I entered the code for the key. He refused to leave. I carried my bags to the room. The apartment was beautiful, and the renovation of the historical building was well executed. My concern was that the front door was made of plexiglass instead of glass, which is easily breached. Another issue was that the individual at check-in was present at the door when I went to my car, watching me the entire time. This made me quite anxious. Ultimately, I decided not to stay in the unit at all and returned to collect my luggage. I sent several messages to the owners expressing my feelings of fear, but I did not receive a response until Sunday, the day of checkout. Once the building is fully renovated, it will be a lovely place to visit; however, until that time, I will not rent again.

Easy check in, beautiful space in a great location with many conveniences nearby. Quick 12 minute drive to the Kent State University campus. Hosts were wonderful to work with and always very fast to respond. We will definitely stay again!

We have zero complaints about our stay. The apartment and access to the apartment were exactly as described. Our location was perfect! We stayed for a wedding and our commute to the event was less than 15 minutes. The apartment was spotless and beautiful and the communication was the best! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Training!

Very clean place to stay. Parking is 1 1/2 blocks away was a nice walk. Communication was very good. We had a very good stay. If you like to walk it is very nice.

Work stay

The location and unit were perfect! I loved seeing the community come together for a trick or treat for the children in the community. Such a wonderful area The view from the unit was also wonderful. I would definitely visit here again

Visiting Friends

Used this place as home base while visiting friends. The town of Ravenna was charming and the apartment had old charm but modern decor. Everything with the unit was perfect. No problems at all. Parking wasn’t very close but understandable.

Just gorgeous!

We loved staying at this apartment. The location is close to everything - restaurants, pubs, groceries. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the property manager, Jeslyn, was always available. The little extras of bottled water and snacks were perfect for the kids after a very long drive. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Visiting Kent University

When we arrived at our destination everyone in my party were unsure of what to expect because of the entrance. It is a lonely door situated between a restaurant and another business. Let me assure you that once you reach the fourth floor and open the door to this place it is amazing. Very roomy and clean! The owner was super responsive.

Weekend in Ravenna

We really liked this apartment. It was clean and the furnishings were very nice. We do suggest that in the future listings that it states that you have to walk up to the fourth floor. No elevators. My husband and I are both 70 years old. Once you get up there everything is beautiful but it would have been nice to know a head of time. thanks for our stay!
