We were very pleased with the accommodation, close to alot of attractions, plenty of restaurants, everything's so close for easy accessibility. Will definitely be back here , very well priced for sure. Everything you need for your stay, great beds comfortable and bathrooms great!!

Great experience! Only complaint is that there wasnt any sheets for the pull out beds. The location is amazing, my lazy family walked to the beach and strip multiple times. My kids loved the turtles in the back canal. Would definitely stay here again

This condo was very close to everything we wanted to do. It had plenty of room and had a beautiful patio to set out on facing water. A/C worked well but couldnt be turned down past 72 which for our stay was fine but in the heat of summer might be alittle warm. Overall was a nice place.

It was filthy. Had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Toilets, showers, countertops, bed linen, towels were all dirty. Used food left in microwave. The smell of cats was overwhelming. Matter of fact, cat was at the door wanting inside when I was trying to open the door. We couldn't stay there and had to rent somewhere else. Contacting the host was unsuccessful for hours and even the next day.

At the time of us renting it, the ad listed a communal hot tub but there is none. Also some of the pillows and linens had blood on them, some of them a substantial amount. Owner refused not only to partially reimburse us but also to even respond. Also, you are not permitted to turn the AC down below 72 because supposedly it will freeze over, and you also are required to take your shoes off. There was also a ton of dust everywhere. Hopefully this review helps others because I do not recommend.

The location was nice and the room was clean. The issue we had was that the wrong door code for the lock was sent to me in the check-in email. No one responded until the next day. The second code didn’t work either. Luckily the back door was unlocked but we had to keep the doors unlocked every time we left the room. Staff was great at the site though.

Townhome had not been cleaned from previous guests and the beds were dirty and not made. I spent bout 4 hours stripping and washing the bed linens before we could go to bed. I brought my own laundry detergent and they didn't provide any or extra toilet paper with garbage cans sitting on top of bathroom sink and no garbage bags. Piles of dirty towels in bathrooms and previous guest body wash left in bathroom. Kitchen counter not cleaned sticky sugar feeling on Kitchen counter with no cleaning supplies. Sent messages and pictures to host as soon as i got there said she would refund cleaning fee but never did.

Took 2 1/2 hours for someone to get back to you. Code was sent out but would not work. Response was not in cell service.HOA went to key cards. And was not able to get in and out of the gate. Back deck was not clean off. Grill was very nasty. Air condition vent look like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Stayed here with our family of 6, had plenty of room. Location is excellent, close to pools and easy walk to beach. Kids loved being able to fish in canals. Very nice, family friendly resort. Condo is dated but overall nice, could have been a little cleaner (grill was pretty dirty, so didnt end up using it and back patio could use a good cleaning) and there wasn't any sheets for pullout couch, so I just bought some cheap ones. Would stay here again! We love coming to PCB!

The rooms were good. I know that they had been cleaned as we arrived as Stephen was finishing up with the cleaning. The only complaint that I have is it needs to be updated and it needs a good spraying for insects. There were bugs and ants in room. I would rent again if ever coming to the stead. The sofa in living room had a torn place in it and also the sofa in the master bedroom.
