Bienvenue dans votre maison loin de chez vous! Notre nouvelle maison familiale de 3 chambres sur la plage est maintenant disponible à la location. Situé dans un développement nouvellement construit voisin du Rehoboth Beach Country Club, vous pouvez profiter d'une maison faite pour les familles qui veulent être proches de tout le plaisir de la plage tout en ayant une retraite calme et idyllique pour se détendre le soir.

À l'intérieur, vous serez accueillis avec une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, un grand salon avec des plafonds voûtés, un grand lit king-size principal, 2 lits simples supplémentaires dans la deuxième chambre et un tout nouveau lit jumeau dans la troisième chambre. Il y a une salle de bain complète dans la chambre principale et une autre salle de bain complète située hors du salon.

Avec une piscine juste devant votre porte d'entrée, vous pouvez passer des heures à vous détendre sur le porche, sans avoir à quitter les enfants des yeux! Les repas du soir peuvent être appréciés à l'extérieur dans le porche grillagé ou sur le pont arrière.

La maison est équipée de climatisation en plus de ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque pièce. Le Wi-Fi gratuit, 3 téléviseurs / lecteurs DVD, une laveuse / sécheuse et un lave-vaisselle sont également inclus.

Amazing week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect amount of space for my twin toddlers to run around and the convenient location to the pool was perfect! It’s a great location, just a short ride from the boardwalk and the beach. We had such a great vacation!

We had a great stay for my wife's 59th birthday. A day at the beach was easy enough to get to. The residence area was quiet and calm! The house is relatively new, very clean and spacious. We highly recommend it!

Another amazing stay

This was our fourth time staying at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. The house is so clean and nice and has everything we need as a family of 5. The beach and Funland are only 15 min away. The neighborhood pool is right in front and several days we had it to ourselves for hours. We really hope to stay next year for a 5th time. My kids and I are always sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Quiet location but close to everything.

We searched for a long time trying to find the right place. And when we found this place we figured it might be a little too small. But it turned out to be the perfect size for a family of four. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the pool was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach or highway. We will hopefully be back next year.

A wonderful vacation place

The house is amazing and perfect for 6 guests. Plenty of room, open layout, everything on one floor and the only steps are on the front porch and back porch. The location is central to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. The host is very attentive and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great house in a beautiful community. The pool access was wonderful for our grandchildren. House was clean and spacious. Not far from the beach, but traffic was terrible and parking is difficult at the beach in Rehoboth.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Stacie's home! It was convenient to stores, the outlets, and the beach. Stacie is such a fabulous host! The home is charming and comfortable and and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool access was a definite plus for my son. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings! Loved staying here again

We loved staying here! it was our second time renting this home and we really love it. It’s super close to the pool and we spent tons of time there. It’s close to lots of things (grocery stores, 15 min fro the beach and boardwalk) The house is clean and well stocked. The owner is super nice and easy to get in contact with. Wonderful Retreat Away From Crowd, Close to Everything

Stacie’s place was excellent, as described and perfect for our family beach trip. Close to beaches and shopping, with many options to eat and move about town nearby. Her communication and recommendations were top notch and helped ease us into a stay in a new location we had not been to before. Walking distance (1 mile) to shuttle bus service or you can pay for convenient parking pass for the week to avoid parking meters and abundant parking meter enforcement. Recommendations for linens and beach gear was key! Lots of extras that made it feel like home.

Roomy and impeccably clean

Grandchildren loved having a pool across the street since it provided an alternative to having to park and go to the beach. We used it three of our seven day stay. The house interior is much roomier than the pictures portray. Stacy was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any question or concern. Screened porch in back was nice for evening gatherings.

another amazing family vacation here!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was our third year in a row staying at this exact property. We absolutely love the house. It’s cozy but you can also spread out and have space too (we came w 3 kids and 2 parents) There’s a screened in porch in back and a covered patio in front. We used both! The pool is literally right across the street and most nights we had it to ourselves. It’s close to stores and grocery shopping and not far at all from the beach and boardwalk. Anything we needed from the owner was addressed very quickly by her or her mom, including questions / little things that came up. The owner is super nice as is her family. My kids love it here and we can’t wait to stay here again!

PERFECT home with a WONDERFUL owner!

We traveled with our small family of three to Rehoboth beach for the first time. Our little one is 21 months so we wanted to make sure we had enough space and a quiet atmosphere for naps and nighttime. This house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. It was very family friendly (lots of games in the closets, booster seat for the baby, beach toys, etc) for kids and adults! The house was very well kept and clean. Stacie was amazing to work with and was very responsive to all of our needs prior to and during our visit. She made you feel right at home all the way from the UK! We could have not asked for a more perfect location for our little family. We will be back!

Immaculate home, quiet location, perfect for kids.

My family and another family stayed at Stacie's home. We were immediately impressed upon arrival. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved having the pool so closely and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to put the kids to bed and enjoy wine & play games on the screened in porch. We had a blast and the house is built for privacy! Even when the baby on our trip would cry in one room, we wouldn't hear it or have it pick up on the other baby monitor. My only small gripe was about the pull out couch. It was comfortable enough, but left a little to be desired. I emailed Stacie after the trip and she said they will be replacing it with a bed at the end of the year. After hearing this, we will very likely return! Loved it!

The Perfect Getaway

Our journey began in Bethesda. The property is located in a wonderful, quiet community. When we arrived, we were pleased with the exterior of the house; very neat and clean. When we entered the home, everything was clean (professionally), well-stocked and neat and organized. We didn't have small children but if we did it would have been wonderful. The house had a game closet, pool noodles and enclosed porch. There was parking in the back and a very nice kitchen. Due to COVID-19 there was not any linen but the owner gave us numbers for a linen service. Please note that you have to order 72 hours in advance. Everything was just wonderful. We plan to come back and stay there next year. The owners took great care to ensure everything was perfect. Shawn (51 years old)

Great House, Great Owner, Bad Timing

Like many of the other reviews, first and foremost, Stacie was a dream to work with. Her communication was prompt and informative, and she was willing to answer any questions we had before and after booking. The property was very nice and very well kept, and the location was perfect for us - just a short jaunt down Rt. 1 and you're right in the heart of Rehoboth. Our only qualm, which was just due to unfortunate timing, was that the roads of the development (right in front of the house) had been sealed the day before our arrival and the smell was overwhelming at times. It didn't really make its way into the house, so that wasn't bad, but we did not feel comfortable sitting on the adorable porches or deck, or spending time at the pool, being exposed to the smell/off-gassing, especially with my wife being pregnant and us having a young son. This was such a letdown since we booked a property with a pool with intent to use it and we were looking forward to enjoying summer evenings on the deck/porches. If we knew this would've been the case, we would not have booked this property during that time. With that said, after communicating our disappointment to Stacie, though there wasn't much she could actually do, she did allow us to stay longer on our last day in hopes the smell would have subsided and we'd get a chance to use the pool. She also followed up with us a few times to see how things were progressing. The one last thing I would mention, in case it's helpful to anyone, is that the community did have a decent amount of rules and guidelines to follow, and from our minimal interactions with a few of the long-term residents, they seemed to be pretty particular as well. Not necessarily a bad thing, but maybe something to consider depending on the vibe you're looking for. So, overall, the property and its owner were very nice. Hopefully, if we stay here again, we'll have better luck with using all of the amenities offered.

Hello! I currently live in Leeds, England and have done for about 22 years now. I am originally from Delaware and have been raised spending my summers in Rehoboth Beach.

When I moved overseas, what I missed the most was the beach. I wanted to give my kids the chance to have the same great memories I had growing up.

We are not over until late July every summer which gives us the perfect chance to allow other families to make memories here as well.

We hope you choose our home to begin creating your own fantastic memories and family traditions. Please ask if there is any help we can provide in making this the ideal getaway for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Rehoboth truly is a home base for me. I have such special memories from every stage of life here and there is not one requirement to the ideal vacation that this area doesn't fulfill for us.

One aspect about Rehoboth I find to be the most appealing is its diversity in what is here at your fingertips.

You can go from the beach to roam the lively boardwalk filled with family-run amusement parks, restaurants, bars, and designer shopping.

When a shopping day is in order, there are not enough hours in the day to cover all the Outlet Shopping there is on offer.

Restaurants? Whatever you taste-buds are calling for, they will be satisfied. Personally, being a big sushi fan, I cant get enough of Saketumi or Cultured Pearl...my all time favorite restaurants.

My kids are never bored. Between the beach and boardwalk fun, theres mini golf everywhere you look, waterslides, local cinema, and watersports galore. Henelopen State Park is a short drive away, and its always worth going for a ride on the Cape May Lewes Ferry ride.

Rehoboth is a great 'hub' of sorts. In a close proximity you have Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Beach, and Ocean City Maryland. All have their own adventures and great attractions for days out.

No matter what your age, Id be happy to give recommendations on where to go and what to do... I love this place and I know you will too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is in a brand new secluded development of only 30 homes. These homes share a pool which is situated right outside the front of our property.

Being located back near the Country Club, it is a very quiet street. There is not a lot of traffic, which makes it a great place to come back from the beach or boardwalk to a nice, quiet setting, put the kids to bed, and enjoy a drink out on the porch.

It is also a fantastic place to go for a bike ride. Interlocking neighborhoods and a quiet road around the Country Club is a great bike riding route with little traffic.

Our home has not only a spacious front porch that can be enjoyed, but also a back deck and a back screened in porch which has a secondary sitting area for family meals.

We love the thought we can sit out front on the porch while the kids play in the pool right in front of us and we dont have to take our eyes off of them!

All of the beds are ultra comfortable, but it has to be said that the Master king bed is honestly one of the most comfortable beds I ever stayed in. I feel like a true Queen when I am there.
