Cet architecte maison conçue est de 4 chambres, 4 bains - Le salon, salle à manger et de cuisine de cette belle maison ouvrir sur le pont du côté du golfe. Cette propriété a des portes en verre �� travers le côté du Golfe avec des vues impressionnantes. La maison dispose d'environ 2.300 pieds carrés et comprend toutes les commodités, et un mobilier design magnifique tout au long. Les quatre chambres face au golfe du Mexique et chacun a sa propre salle de bain privée ... un plan d'��tage exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Il y a deux bas de maître avec lits king size. Les deux chambres à l'étage deux ont 2 lits doubles chacune. Il y a aussi une merveilleuse véranda à l'étage donnant sur le golfe. ponts ouverts avec merveilleux meubles de jardin. Les carreaux de c��ramique et les chambres de moquette. 5 téléviseurs,, DSL Internet de DVD.

Heaven on a Beach!

This house is everything you want in a beach stay! It’s light & airy & beautiful, the sound of the ocean is right outside your door, the beach is perfect for walking as far as you want, and there’s even great water pressure in the shower! The porches were so great it was hard to leave. Went for a much needed chill and it was perfect!

Beautiful house!

Beautiful house! All of the bedrooms have a gorgeous ocean view. We enjoyed hanging out on both porches. If you want to just walk down the stairs of a beach house and sink your feet into white sand, then this place is for you! Definitely the prettiest house on Dauphin Island! Thank you!

Sailfish is a wonderful Gulf Front Home built to take in all the views from every room in the home. So glad you enjoyed this special home as the owners take great care in making it a wonderful retreat. Dauphin Island is very peaceful and a wonderful place to unwind, watch the sunsets, enjoy beach combing, walking/biking, fishing/crabbing, kayaks and enjoying some fresh Gulf seafood!

Dauphin Island is a Paradise

We didn't know what to think since this was our first rental of a home on the beach. Each year my brothers and myself have spent a week in the late winter golfing on the gulf. This stay was the first for us to take our wives and we needed it to be special. Each of us are retired or near retired and plan on doing this for a long time. The stay was spectacular, great views and the house was well kept. There is even a nice golf course on the island that is easy to get on with little waiting. Overall our group would rate this an exceptional place to visit.

Luminous Ladies

We are a group of seven seventy year old ladies, high school friends, who have been doing a beach trip every year for 21 years. This house might have been the best one we have ever had! As you can see in the pictures, everything is beautiful, the porch, living room, kitchen, every bedroom has a view and it’s own bath. And you can’t get much closer to the beach than this! The ONLY problem was all the steps, which of course you will have right on the beach! Unloading the cars was brutal…and we are 70! But it is 25 steps, and really needs a better railing, which would have helped tremendously. Other than that, the house was fabulous and we would definitely stay there again. Also, our first trip to Dauphin Island and loved it😎!

Priceless location, some improvements are needed

This house is by far one of the most beautiful houses on the island. The open floor plan, huge ceiling height, and amazing view will blow you away. We had two small toddlers and having a house right by the Gulf is priceless. Despite this, we did had some issues. First, we were unable to access the internet our entire stay. Next, there was also no cable provided. The amenities under the listing on the website stated, “cable/satellite.” When I called the rental office to inquire, I was told they were in the process of upgrading. It would of been extremely helpful to know this before our trip. I would of been better prepared and download more movies/shows and brought board games/cards/etc. The microwave was also broken. I called and was told they were going to send someone to try and fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever stopped by the house. Lastly, there were several cockroaches inside the house, including inside a master bathroom sink. If these issues can be addressed and fixed, I would recommend this house.

Hi, the cable and internet has been upgraded to comcast. The island was going through a transition phase during your stay but everything is fixed now and the unit has great cable and internet. So sorry about the microwave, a part was ordered and it was repaired mid October. If you ever encounter bugs, please call is ASAP and we will send someone. This is an island, and we have pretty tropical weather so sometimes, despite all of our hard work, we do see bugs. Rain, changes in weather, storms, etc can bring them out!

Kitchen was unbelievable. Plentiful, beautiful dishes, well stocked pots and pans and many drawers of silverware and serving utensils. Monogrammed linens and house was clean. Hope to stay again.

Perfect arrangement, beautiful decor

An ocean view from every bedroom. Eight of us stayed, but could accommodate more. Each bedroom has an en suite and so much room. Decorated beautifully, just like the pictures show. Parking for four or more cars. All of us loved it. Barbara from the Dolan/Fletcher Group.

Sailfish home is a beautiful home!

We loved our stay on DI! Highly recommend a golf cart as they are utilized all over the island. Fort Gaines was amazing, ferry trip was fun, the Sailfish home was beautiful and bright and the beach was right off the back deck!! Had a wonderful week!

Perfect Peace

We had a perfect 8 day girls week in this BEAUTIFUL home on the ocean side if the island. The layout of the house is amazing.. We loved the beautiful quiet beach which was literally at the edge of the deck steps. It was furnished with everything one would want - they even had an egg poacher!!! Check-in was so fast and easy..... There are of course a lot of steps, so anyone with walking issues may find them problematic. The only negative that I can think of is the couch and chairs look great but are not the most comfortable....Oh!!! The 2 decks are AMAZING!!!.

Amazing Gulf Property on the Beach

This has to be one of the nicest rental properties on Dauphin Island! The beach is directly in front of the house!! The home has everything you could need and is decorated beautifully! We will be back again!

Great relaxing beach house.

Very awesome house, if you want a true beach house this is it. Not a whole lot of restuarants on the island but did enjoy the ones that are there. I recommend making a reservation for evening dining to avoid a very long wait. Very great experience and will go again.

Great house

This house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, From serving dishes to small electronics. Bring cone filters or Keurig pods for coffee. The grilling area is very nice, Remember to bring charcoal with you. The house is set out farther than most in the surrounding area so the view down the beach from the deck is great. There are also a few beach chairs available stored under the house.

Fabulous, relaxing stay

Our family of 4, including 2 teenaged boys, stayed here for spring break. It was exactly the relaxing stay that we needed. The house interior looks just like the pictures. It had everything we needed, is well located and super clean and comfortable. A few things: The bedrooms all have white drapes. I saw no shades. The sun rises early & so did we each day. The house has a Keurig which is not listed anywhere in the property details. The house also has a few beach chairs and other beach amenities. We packed chairs, etc based on the property manager instructions. We only used the umbrella of everything we brought. Had we known the house had the beach amenities we could've saved a lot of room in the car. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The house is beautiful & I'm ready to book next year!

Dauphin Island, a wonder of nature and full of history is a barrier island on the Gulf . The population is about 1,300. The town is included in the Mobile metropolitan statistical area. The island was named for Louis XIV's great-grandson and heir, the Dauphin. Our 'laid-back' atmosphere is prized by folks who enjoy serenity and natural beauty.

The eastern, wider portion of the island, is shaded by thick stands of maritime pine trees, but the narrow, western part of the island features scrub growth and few trees.

Dauphin Island is home to Fort Gaines, Dauphin Island Sea Lab, The Estuarium public aquarium, the Dauphin Island Airport, boat ramps, a fishing pier located on the Island's eastern end, historic sites, several restaurants. Beaches attract tourism, and fishing is a popular activity in the waters around the island. The island is connected to the mainland by a 3.5 mile long bridge.

Although the entire island is a bird sanctuary, the main one is the 164-acre Audubon Bird Sanctuary. Dauphin Island is the first landfall encountered by many birds as they migrate north from Central and South America, and as a consequence many species can be found resting there before continuing their journey.

In 1519, the Spanish explorer Alonso Álvarez de Pineda was the first documented European to visit, staying long enough to map the island with remarkable accuracy.

The island's French history began on January 31, 1699, when the explorer Pierre Le Moyne, sieur d'Iberville, D'Iberville later decided to locate a port for Fort Louis de La Louisiane (Mobile). Fort Gaines on the eastern tip of the island was built between 1821 and 1848. It was occupied by Confederate forces in 1861, and captured by Federal troops during the Battle of Mobile Bay. The phrase, 'Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead,' was spoken by U. S. Admiral David Farragut just a few hundred yards from Dauphin Island's shore.

The old walled Fort Gaines is on the east end of Dauphin Island. A ferry from nearby Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores brings both vehicles and pedestrians to the island. One of the closest attractions to the ferry dock is The Estuarium, located at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab...a fresh- and saltwater aquarium highlighting species native to coastal Alabama.
