Welcome to Lumi Deluxe! A vibrant, spacious and newly developed 2-bedroom basement suite that is specially equipped for your comfort.

Whether you are a new immigrant or you are in the city for work or leisure, family vacation or business, our suite’s proximity to bus-stops, Circle Drive, parks, restaurants, gas filling stations, shopping malls, grocery stores & all the places that matter in the city makes it a convenient base for your stay.
The space
Our suite has a separate entrance and a free parking on the premises, with additional parking spaces on the street.

The first floor of the uniquely designed bi-level basement features 2 bedrooms (with full-size beds), a 3-piece bathroom and a family room equipped with a Treadmill, a Foosball, a pair of Armchairs and a side table for your leisure and relaxation. Heading down the stairs, you will find a large living room with a dining area, a brand new corner kitchen and a laundry room.

With mostly brand new appliances and furnitures, plus Netflix and high-speed wifi internet, Lumi Deluxe offers an ambience that is lively, tranquil and exquisite to unwind after a day of work or exploration.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire suite. This is perfect for those who value privacy. The suite also has a smart lock and a code for self check-in will be provided before arrival.
Other things to note
Our suite is pet-free, smoke-free and drug-free and parties are not allowed. Outdoor shoes cannot be used to walk around inside the suite.

You are free to receive visitors during your stay, not more than 4 adults (including renting guests) are allowed to sleep over. Guests with young children (infants, toddlers and school-age kids) are allowed to stay in the suite with as many kids as they have.
