Welcome to Siren’s Song, a serene coastal retreat just a short walk from shared access to a private pebble beach on the scenic Cape Neddick/Ogunquit line. This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home blends classic New England charm with modern comfort—an easy place to settle in, exhale, and let the ocean set the pace.

Outside, the cedar shake exterior, crisp white trim, and lush landscaping feel perfectly at home along the Maine coast. Spend your mornings on the spacious back deck with semi-obstructed Atlantic views, then linger over al fresco dinners as the light changes and the waves roll in nearby. After a day exploring, take a quiet stroll down to the pebble beach to collect shells, enjoy the salt air, or simply soak up the calm of this tucked-away stretch of shoreline.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, coastal-inspired space with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows that pour in natural light. The living room is warm and welcoming with a cozy fireplace—perfect for gathering after a beach day or unwinding on cooler evenings. The kitchen is equally inviting, with ample counter space, newer appliances, and a breakfast bar that makes meals and conversation effortless, whether you’re cooking for the group or keeping it simple.

The main-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, mini-split A/C, and windows that bring in the soothing sounds of the sea. The full bathroom on the first floor is separate from the bedroom (adjacent from the bedroom) and includes a tub with a shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers two full beds—great for families or friends—while the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The upstairs shared bathroom is spacious with double sinks and a full tub.

Additional conveniences include a laundry room with washer and dryer, mini-split heating and cooling for year-round comfort, an outdoor storage closet for beach gear, and a Smart TV with YouTube TV plus Spectrum WiFi. You’re also just minutes from York’s town center, with local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions close by.

Stay was awesome! Great location, great views, deck was awesome to hang out on.

Siren's song was it all! House is gorgeous and views from the deck are amazing. Close to all that Ogunquit and York have to offer. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing weekend at Siren's Song!! Perfect house and perfect location!!

What a wonderful weekend at Siren's Song!! Everything was perfect, from the home itself to the amazing views and beautiful private beach. Salt and Shine were wonderful to work with and made everything easy and seamless from start to finish! We will definitely be back for another stay. Just perfect!!

Siren's Song Stay

This property has a beautiful view from the porch. We enjoyed sitting outside when we were not visiting our favorite areas in Maine. The inside of the property is just as appealing as the outside. There is a lot of space and very clean. The location was perfect for our trip due to the central location of the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

No en suite bathroom for master

This property is the guest house for a magnificent estate. From the deck there is a partial view of the ocean from a distance and you can walk down to a small rocky private beach. There is no walk-in shower, however, as a literature claimed. In fact there was no en-suite bathroom with the master. There was a small bathroom off the kitchen and the lock on the door didn’t work. Ceiling is 7 ft in the kitchen, which made it hot at times with no AC in there. eexmout to about total

Family memories

The property and views were amazing. The private beach was beautiful. We were the only ones ever there. It is walkable to Perkins Cove but the road is a little busy- try to find the cut through if you can. The real estate company is very responsive. The only down side is that it mentioned beach items- chairs in a shed. We could not find a shed, but did find a closet on the outside but it was empty. Also there is not AC in the main area and kitchen but all the rooms have it. If you have a good breeze you typically do not need the A/C

Siren's Song-Amazing!

Recently had a Family vacation at Siren's Song following a relative's wedding. Our children and grandchild joined us from both sides of the country and a wonderful week was had by all! Highly recommend Siren's Song as a premier vacation spot to get the real flavor of the Maine Coast. We vacationed nearby while the kids grew up and fondly remember many summers spent on the Maine Coast. Although water temp was still too cold to swim early June, this did not stop us from enjoying our private beach as well as Ogunquit and Goose Rocks beaches nearby. The views from the house were fantastic as was the location, literally a stone's throw from the ocean. The home was private, furnished wonderfully, incredibly clean and well taken care of, and all amenities needed for a coastal vacation provided. We definitely hope to return to Siren's Song in the years to come! To the owners of this lovely home - Thank You for sharing with us, great memories were made by each and every one of us from 6 years old to 72 years old!
