Wonderful stay! What an awesome location in Paradise. Easy access to everything and you feel like you're deep in the woods, even though you have quick access to the main road into town. We loved it and will be back.
It was the perfect cabin and location to have a home base for our annual girls trip. Great communication from the home owner, answering all our questions. We cooked out on the grill every day. The cabin had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy!
If you are visiting Paradise I highly recommend to stay here. It is very clean and well kept. Everything you need outside your own home is there. Property manager is awesome. We enjoyed our entire trip as a result of this great place! Enjoy!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Melissaâs beautiful property! The cabin was so cozy and immaculately clean! And it was just such an adorable place. It was so nice and quiet and peaceful. And the location is perfect for visiting the beautiful Tahquamenon falls. Melissa was a great communicator and answered any questions we had promptly. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location felt private but was very close to the main road running alongside Lake Superior. About 20 minutes from Tahquamenon Falls; about 10 minutes from the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable! The stairs are steep, so ascend with care, but very doable. We would definitely stay here again.
Quiet comfortable cabin with amenities. Wifi and laundry were very convenient. Location was perfect for our week exploring the awesomeness of the north.
We had a very nice stay in this cabin! The house was very cozy. Location was great as we visited Tahquamenon falls to hike. Sitting out by the fire pit late at night was also a highlight of our weekend!
We chose this property because it looked clean and well cared for in the pictures. Upon arrival, it was exactly as expected. It was extremely clean, well organized and stocked for anything we needed. They had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower, salt and pepper and olive oil in the kitchen. There was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper available. The three of us all slept upstairs in the loft in the two full sized beds. It was a bit crowded but perfectly comfortable for a few nights stay. We were able to use the fire pit on the property behind the dining area one evening, which was a treat! We hiked at Tahquamenon Falls, a less then 20 minute drive from the A Frame, which was beautiful. There is also a swimming area at Agnes Lake State Park about a 20 minute walk from the AFrame. There was a lot to do in our three days there and we enjoyed our time immensely!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Gorgeous cabin in the woods. Tons of amenities & conveniences: stocked kitchen, lots of towels, washer/dryer, etc. Cabin location was super convenient for us. Very friendly & responsive host. Highly recommend!
We wanted a weekend away with just the 2 of us. We wanted a secluded, cozy cabin in the woods. That is exactly what we got. The cabin was clean, cozy, we loved the white Christmas lights which made it cozier. We felt like 2 giggling kids laying in the full size bed. This cabin was everything we wanted. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We came to town for a trail run and stayed a few extra nights to hike and get some UP fresh air. The cabin is cute and nestled into the pines. We loved walking down the dirt road for sunsets and the proximity to the North Country Trail. The kitchen was stocked with all pans needed for cooking and there was even filtered water for drinking. It was perfectly remote but still had wifi to download maps and make our plans for the day. We loved our stay.
We loved everything about this area. You can be as busy, or simply relax, as much as you want. We road our side by side and took in many of the attractions in the area. The cabin had ALL we could have ever needed, except maybe more fans. We had unseasonably warm temperatures and werenât quite expecting that. All in all, a WONDERFUL U.P. experience.
What a wonderful experience! My wife and I were visiting the UP for her 50th birthday for birding and general outdoor experiences. The quality of birdlife at WPBO is astounding! We had a wonderful stay, with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, easy check in and very responsive owners. They aren't on site, but easily handled all of our questions. Everything is there that you need for cooking and relaxing, fire pits, outdoor areas and access to nearby trails, lakes and Whitefish Point. We even spotted a rare owl during our stay! Overall a great location, quiet, well appointed and good value. Recommended!
