Enjoy the greatest of the Great Lakes âLake Superior waterfront to relax your stress away! Enjoy the charming home all year round. Hang out on the porch and do nothing. Or adventures to Tahquamenom Falls, Shipwreck Museum, Crisp Lighthouse and Whitefish Point for fun. Lots of snow for winter snowmobiles, snow shoe, cross country skiing! Start your getaway in Paradise on the bluff. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing host, good communication. Super clean spot right on the water. Gorgeous Sunrises! Big property, accommodated a truck and trailer no problem. Nostalgic feeling also! Comfy beds and super clean place. Definitely coming back and recommending this place! Paradise in MI haha
The fall colors were exceptional. Especially the yellow leaves on the birch trees looking out on Whitefish Bay from all the windows facing East! We enjoyed the area! Highly recommend it as a "base camp" from which to leave for the day to hike, bird watch, explore the falls, Shipwreck museum etc.
Incredible views waking up with the glorious sunrise every morning! Sat down on the platform by the water and enjoyed a cocktail (got lucky with the wind that day). The cottage had everything we needed. Plenty of spices, cooking oil, paper towels and TP. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable.
Our second time here did not disappoint. It is the perfect get away & so completely tranquil with the view of Lake Superior from the back deck, Lake access that allowed us to snorkel & swim and now there are kayaks to use, which made the trip that much more wonderful. I napped in the hammock everyday & ate Lake Superior Whitefish every night. Itâs our favorite cabin in the UP. Side note - Host, Jason, is awesome!
Great location, we were able to visit the falls, whitefish point and the bear ranch with short drives. Great views and a nice new dock, my kids swam in the bay multiple times.
We absolutely loved our stay! The views were incredible and location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. We hope to come back in the near future. The host was very responsive when contacted. Thank you for a great stay!!!!
Had a great time staying in august. No flies, weather was perfect the whole week, and hour or less drive to tons of things to see and do. House was great with Lake Superior just out the back. Highly recommend if planning a vacation to the UP.
Perfect spot for a few quiet days on the shore of Lake Superior with family. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. Even though it's not isolated, you feel like it is because of the trees.
Jason was a great host, insuring snow was plowed and room to park snowmobile trailer. The location close to town and snowmobile trails was perfect. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The views of the sunrise over the lake were outstanding. We are already starting to plan a return visit.
For starters, we had the misfortune of arriving at the end of the hurricane, so the area was pretty unsettled. In spite of that we managed to have a wonderful time in the spacious home. We would be happy to go back again in a more tranquil setting.
Great location for taking in sites in the eastern UP. Perfect accommodations for me and my 2 nieces, though sharing one bathroom was slightly challenging. The beds were comfy, the living room was cozy and the kitchen well stocked with dishes. A highlight of the property is the deck on Lake Superior which proved to be ag great spot to watch the community fireworks. Thanks for sharing your home!
Erin and Jason were amazing hosts and even offered to lead us to a beach we had never been able to find. Their house was open with spacious views of Lake Superior yet cozy and warm. My favorite room is the kitchen! We will definitely be back and bring our kiddos! A weekend just wasn't long enough! Thank you, Jason and Erin!
Paradise Lost? Nope, found a slice of Paradise at this perfect little 2-bedroom home. Very well stocked kitchen and a fireplace makes it a very special place. The view is over the top, and you can almost see the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald from the front porch. Can not say enough nice things about this place - including a very nice neighbor that help me out with a battery jump - thank you.
This was a great place for us, right on the lakefront overlooking Whitefish bay, but convenient to Whitefish Point and Tuhquamenon Falls. It was set well back from the road and was not crowded by other houses. The town is not much, with just a small grocery store and limited dining options, but the well equipped kitchen in the house made it easy to cook for oneself with plenty of condiments provided. Because the property is situated on a cliff with a sea wall it would not suit a family with small children. Swimming is not really possible. Jason was very responsive too when a storm took the electricity and Internet out and saw to it that the Internet company responded promptly.
