Duplex, avec un parking sur place, à distance de marche à tous passer un Grille a à offrir. Garez la voiture pour la semaine! Nouvelle Reine du maître, et la Nouvelle-deux lits jumeaux en guest. Salon avec télévision par câble, wifi, grande télévision à écran plat, manger dans la cuisine (table de feuille de baisse supplémentaire) ou de manger à l'extérieur la porte à la table de patio privé. Grill à gaz pour vous cuisiner poisson frais ou les steaks de Marché Shanner à quelques pas. Super propre. Distance de marche de 10 restaurants. Petite épicerie 1 pâté de maisons, une grande viande / poisson pour le gril. 1 bloc de passer un Grille Beach. Stationnement hors rue. Great Stay in PAG

Great location! Beach is close, good restaurants across the street along with a fab seafood/butcher shop w/ gourmet and other items. The apt has everything we needed for our two month stay. Has the critical three Cs - Comfortable, Clean, Convenient. Also pet friendly! Jim is easy to contact and work with.

Needed extra room

We visit St. Pete's every other year. This year we had more people than would fit in our time share. This location was close to both the time share and market that we enjoy using. With our family growing we most likely will need this place again in the future. Thank you!!

Nice, Clean Property close to Beach

Very nice clean property with alot of amenities like bikes, umbrellas and beach chairs. Great location to beach, restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a week as a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. Bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards a plus!

Place was perfect location, quiet and short block to the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes around town! We love PAG beach, laid back and some days seemed like we had a section of the beach to ourselves.

Perfect place for a lovely beach getaway

This two bedroom, one bath has everything you need, is very clean, and is located about a block from the beach. Excellent location! Jim is very attentive and responsive.

Perfect like being home, put miles on the bicycles rode all over pass a grille ,laundry facility another plus, kitchen has all you need, beds comfortable, store across the street,already decided to go back next year, trust me "try it you'll like it

Great experience!

We rented amidst the challenges of COVID with plans for my mom to rent the lower level of the unit. Jim could not have been kinder when we decided a trip to FL was not the best decision for my mom. The unit was exactly as described and a perfect location. Kitchen is always key for us and we appreciated having it stocked with a few basics that often don’t come with rentals, though could use additional mixing bowls and things for folks who are cooking and avoiding eating out right now. Beds were all really comfortable. Bring eye shades if you like to sleep in on vacay—FL sun is bright and comes in early! Loved that the place came with chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. Probably need to do a little maintenance to make sure what’s there works, but so great to have those provided. Overall it was a great experience for us and we would definitely rent again.

Wonderful experience!

Great location and short walk to the beach. Nice outside deck. Convenient to restaurants! VERY well equipped kitchen. Will definitely return! Owner nearby and very nice.

Pass-A-Grille

Great time wanted to avoid congestion of T. Island where we went last time. Here you can walk to beach, pubs and cool little grocery with breakfast sandwiches. We there for windsurfing so don’t need all the glitz and traffic

Happy Thanksgiving stay!

It’s a convenient location and owner Jim was very responsive. It’s an older building but that’s the charm you come to pass a grille to experience. It was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely love to stay again.

Good location

Very short walk to beach. Restaurants and convenience stores very close. Nice neighborhood, no highrises or mobs of people. Nice apartment, could comfortably sleep 4 people.

Great Place and a Great Stay

I would highly suggest this property. The location is basically right across to the beach in a less crowded area of St Pete. The house was super clean, and had everything you could ever need. The house had beach towels for use, a full kitchen with all the pots and pans for cooking, and anything you would never need to take down to the beach. The owner was quick to get ahold of and was super easy to work with. I loved the home and the whole location. Me and my wife will definitely be back!

Great stay

This is an excellent location, very convenient to the beach and many restaurants. The condo is very clean with everything you need and the bicycles are a nice benefit. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

Clean and convenient

My 16 year old daughter and I took off for a short (5 day) getaway. We love the Pass A Grille area. This was perfect for us. Bikes were a plus! Enjoyed riding down to watch the sun set at the Paradise Grille. Met many friendly locals. We even ran into the owner, Karen and her daughters a couple of evenings. She recognized the bikes :) We felt very safe here. Did not have a car but used lyft to go downtown one evening. Water was great at the beach. Had a manatee swim right past us so close we could have touched him/her. Hope to book again.

Pass-A-Grille is our favorite spot!!

Our family stayed at Jim's unit June 4th-June 8th. We had a wonderful time! Before coming, we asked Jim if we could borrow some fishing gear. Our kids love fishing on the intercoastal side, so we spent an afternoon fishing. We loved walking to the beach every day. It was not crowded any day that we were there. The sunsets are amazing as always there and the water was beautiful. One day had pretty big waves so that was a treat! We pretended we were in a wave pool. On June 5th, we went to my favorite place in the world....Ft. Desoto beach (North Beach-all the way to the right as far as you can drive). We swam across the current to the sand bar and got the biggest loot of sand dollars we've ever found....at least 50! Jim's place had everything we needed including a tower fan (to make noise). We liked that the market was close to buy additional water and bags of ice. The condo had a nice cooler and we used it every day. We also had fun riding bikes around the island. One afternoon as we were sitting on the deck, we saw green parrots flying around. That was fun. We saw dolphins in the intercoastal too. That was a nice treat! If you come to Pass-A-Grille, you must drive on down to Larry's for ice cream. We had a wonderful time. Everything was comfy and clean. :) Thanks Jim!

Our second stay because we love it!

We came back for a second stay at this comfortable apartment because it's comfortable, clean and in a fabulous location. The owner is easy to work with and we think the rate is very reasonable. We love being just steps from gorgeous sunsets, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and wonderful walks along Pass-A-Grille Beach. A few steps in the other direction takes you to Boca Ciega Bay. Within a block their are several great restaurants including Gennaro's delicious Pizza and Italian food and seafood at the Warf. The apartment was perfect for my wife and our two granddaughters. We will be back!

Karen Love and Jim Wilson bought this duplex while engaged to be married. (Karen was renting the unit.) We used it as a get-a-way initial, then we moved to the area permanently. In-Laws used it seasonally, till they moved to the area. 21 yrs, and 5 kids later, we are sharing it with others.

This is a very clean comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath upstairs apt. Central heat and air. Nice, quite area of Pass A Grille. Convenient to Shanner's Market, and Circle K. Bikes can be provided. Easy walk to all Pass A Grille has to offer.

Pass A Grille is a very unique place. An eclectic group of bungalows and million dollar homes, pedestrian friendly community. A quite comfortable get away, with close proximity to down town St Petersburg and Tampa.
