Perfect location with amazing view

we stayed in this condo with our family for 2 nights. It was perfect for our family - the beach view was wonderful and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean. Location was perfect for getting to the Boardwalk and the ocean.

Some of the challenges we encountered were: -no crib for our baby (this was advertised as being able to be provided if we asked for it, not on an availability basis so if you need one, make sure they have one available). We had to go out and buy a crib for 60 after driving 7 hours. -Poorly stocked kitchen- eg. no pans, baking sheets, limited to 3 dull steak knives as the only knifes, dish soap but not sponge, etc. We had to purchase kitchenware to use the oven/stove. There were also bed bugs we discovered.Now on the bright side, we did receive a full refund and they were very helpful in that regard due to the bedbugs. They seemed super sympathetic and I get sometimes they can’t help what other people bring in, even with preventative measures. The location was great. Right at the beach. The pools were awesome and so was the food in the building.

Everything was great. Kids enjoyed the space and so many pools to go in! Very convenient having a water and dryer in the room as well. I will definitely be staying again!

It was ok for a short stay

We paid over $1000 for 2 nights. We did not get the room until after 5pm I did an early check in and they said they would call but never did. The grounds are dirty. Trash everywhere up and down the hallways. The door to the unit had paper stuffed covering a hole in it. The villa needs a bit more of a deep clean. We found an old tortilla in the pullout and no extra sheets. Thankfully I brought my own. It was good for the short time we were there. Enough space for 3 families. Parking very limited do not move your car if possible. The view was great and just steps away from the beach. The only pool I liked was the small lazy river. All the other pools were very dirty with slime on walls.
