We offer four cozy bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests. Our brand-new backyard features a covered BBQ island, a firepit and an outdoor shower! You can test your golf skills on our pristine putting green, challenge your friends to a game of cornhole, or aim for a bullseye in our dart area. Our home is on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac with no homes directly behind or to the left of it. It's one exit from the brand-new Acrisure Arena, which features many live concerts and sporting events! We are also a short trip from the Coachella fairgrounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach! There are also many beautiful golf courses right near our home along with plenty of stores and food options. You want your morning coffee? Starbucks is minutes away.

We also have a brand-new firepit for those cold nights to sit by the fire, sip some wine, or make some S'mores! Our home also features a brand-new 4 hole putting green!

Quiet and private home location in quiet and secure Indio community. Home is also centrally located to reach:

- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (5 miles away or 15-minute drive)

- Spotlight 29 and Fantasy Springs Casinos (about six miles away each)

- Indian Wells BNP Tennis (4.4 miles away or 10-minute drive)

- La Quinta – Old Town and Restaurants (7 miles or 15-minutes by car)

- El Paseo Shopping District (8 miles or 15-minutes by car)

- Palm Springs Downtown (20 miles away or 30-minutes by car)

Additional Rules and Info:

- No pets please do not request.

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. For longer guest stays there is a one week minimum for heating for monthlong stays. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.

- There is one camera located in the front of the house above the garage. The garage door opener itself also has a camera which only record motion when garage is opened or closed.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-an-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
