There is a beach fire pit for those chilly evenings, large private yard, gas grill on back patio, outdoor seating, picnic table on beach and a table/chairs on the top deck. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, with 3 separated sleeping spaces, so you can have two families join and everyone has their own space. In these rooms you will find 3 queen size beds, & a full size bed, several large windows, ceiling fans, modern amenities including Central AC/Heat, new washer/dryer & Dishwasher
