Welcome to our Beach Retreat, “After Dune Delight.''

Our home was purchased in August 2021 and underwent a complete renovation.

After Dune Delight is tastefully decorated in classic Cape Cod style, and appointed with all your beach vacation needs. The house is located in Colonial Acres, a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We are the last house on a dead-end street, and just a quick 10 minute neighborhood walk to Colonial Acres Beach.

Colonial Acres Beach is located in Lewis Bay and is perfect for families. The waters are shallow, warm and calm; perfect for young children to play, or older kids for paddle boarding and kayaking.

You will feel enjoy all brand new mattresses, linens, appliances and furniture inside, and a new patio and fire pit in the large, fenced backyard. Plenty of room for all the outdoor games you will be playing after rinsing off all that beach sand in the deluxe outdoor shower with changing room.

Enjoy all the Cape has to offer with a gated short cut to area amenities on Rt 28. You can enjoy fine dining, breakfast, mini-golf and ice cream without ever getting back in the car!

Conveniently located less than a 3 mile ride to ferry service over to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for a quick day trip.

If you prefer to venture out and enjoy the many nearby beaches, you can purchase a 7 day Yarmouth Beach sticker, providing access to all of Yarmouth’s beautiful beaches! Which one will be your favorite?

The first floor has an open floor plan, with a living room and a fully appointed eat-in kitchen with a large center island. Also on the first floor, are two queen bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a king/twin bedroom and a triple twin bedroom as well as a full bath with tub. Off the slider in the kitchen is a 500 sf patio with a fire pit and deluxe outdoor shower with rain head, foot rinse & changing area. There is a Weber gas grill available for outdoor cooking.
